I love LOVE Dr. Feinstein. He is very informative, very detailed and exceptional bedside manner! I went to him 4 years ago after a failed pregnancy, he was very sensitive to me and accepting as a new patient and went above and beyond to ensure that my second pregnancy was a successful one. He and his office did a good job to to put my worries at ease with my pregnancy and answered any questions I may have had and/or made appointments/orders for testing if applicable. Dr. Feinstein does a fine job in doing what he does. My delivery was a c section and he has the hands of an Angel first successful pregnancy and my csection recovery was good & no complaints. I look forward to continue to go to him for all my future pregnancies and I will follow where he goes! Wonderful physician and wonderful staff.

I really don’t write reviews because it’s never that serious to me, but I have had the worst experience with this clinic. The ladies that work there are VERY sweet and have been pleasant to work with. My issue is definitely not with the staff, but with Dr. Feinstein. My first impression was when he spoke to me it was like I had no clue what I was talking about when I stated I potentially had a miscarriage. He definitely made me feel dumb essentially. He then saw on my pregnancy test that it was actually positive, and I did indeed miscarry. I got delivered bad news that I could potentially have a molar pregnancy. With that being said I could potentially need to have a surgery to get the tissue/tumor removed. I have gone to do blood work 3 times. The first 2 times I had to call in for my results. The third time I went for blood work, my results were received on July 26th. It is now august 3rd and the results have been sitting in his inbox since. If it not serious I would like to have my mind put at ease instead of stressing everyday with what’s going on with my body.

I’ve received bad services before but not nearly as bad as this clinic. First, the nurse yelled my name behind the door without a proper greeting. Second, she was complaining that I didn’t fill out some information on their online form. To my defense, it was a very outdated form called “Docusign”, which was an online word document with blanks. Some of the blanks were not formatted correctly and it made very difficult to fill out. Then, she started to ask me about my pregnancies. She was very insensitive when she was mentioning about my miscarriage. Because I wasn’t given a private exam room so everyone in the lobby heard about my miscarriage. It really made me emotional. In addition, I was not a big fan of the doctor, either. He wasn’t very informative unless you keep asking him. I will not go to this clinic anymore.

Dr. Feinstein is the best OBGYN I have ever seen. He is very informative and straight to the point. I had endometriosis and a huge fibroid in my uterus that was causing excruciating pain that was affecting my quality of life and basic every day activities.

He performed a full hysterectomy and 2.5 weeks later I am a new person. After almost 2 decades of having so many issues he has helped me get rid of so much pain, worry, and frustration. He is extremely qualified and knowledgeable. I am truly grateful to have found him!

I’m updating to say I had to move out of state and had another child with a new obgyn and I can say definitively now that Dr. Feinstein was the best doctor I ever could have had. You won’t find someone that cares more about their patients than he does.

I have been seeing Dr. Feinstein since 2012 and honestly have never had a better, more thorough doctor. He has always been kind and made sure I was well cared for. I've been through many PCPs but have no intention of getting a different OBGYN unless I move and have to. He's been wonderful. He crosses all the T's and dots his I's and he never rushes you.

Would not recommend having him deliver your babies, made my labor experience very unpleasant. Was extremely unprofessional in the hospital, cussing and doubt my ability to have an unmedicated birth. Gave me an episiotomy without my consent and then lied afterward and told my I tore. After i successful delivered my daughter with no help from him (my nurse was amazing) he had the nerve to tell me I was amazing and that he would happily deliver all of my babies. I would absolutely never go back to him if I had another baby. Overall unpleasant experience with him as my obgyn, he made inappropriate jokes during my appointments and was very unprofessional and rude during my hospital stay. Nurses even apologized on his behalf. Find another obgyn

A friend that I met shortly after moving to Texas, suggested Dr. Feinstein after some issues unexpectedly presented themself. I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, wisdom and trust him completely. His staff are very kind & friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Feinstein if your seeking a seasoned OBGYN.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I know how hard it is to find a good OBGYN. This was my first appointment (annual pap) with Dr. Feinstein, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He’s very thorough and gets straight to the point. He tells you how it is, which is what I love in a doctor. Great bedside manner and he gets everything done at once. I ended up needing an ultrasound so instead of scheduling another appointment and driving up there again (45 min drive) he did it right in office. HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. Front and back-office staff were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to be taken back.

Dr. Glen Feinstein did a complete hysterectomy laproscopically, my recovery time was minimal and the pain was nearly nothing. He is a amazing doctor. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs gynecological procedures!

I was referred to Dr. Feinstein by a good friend and I will never see another doctor. From the very beginning the office staff as well as Feinstein were very friendly. I had a couple of complications with my pregnancy and I never felt alone. Feinstein made sure I understood everything and made sure ultrasounds, testing, etc.was always being checked. I ended up having a C-Section and he did a phenomenal job.

Dr. Feinstein was the most insensitive and unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. He rolled his eyes when I cried from the pain from the procedure I was having and constantly made snarky remarks which implied he thought I was wrong for crying or complaining. When someone is rough with you, you at least expect them to apologize or be sensitive since they have no possible idea what it feels like in a woman's body with that kind of pain. If he's annoyed by your pain, he has no business being a doctor, period! Go be a mechanic!

I started seeing dr Feinstein when I found out I was pregnant a year and a half after my miscarriage. He is GREAT he shows that he really cares and is never one of those drs that seem to be rushing you out. I’m 25 weeks and had some spotting which obviously after having a miscarriage FREAKS me out I called the office at 5pm and the nurse luckily answered and stayed in the office for a few minutes she was calm polite and very caring trying to get ahold of him since he was not in office. She called me back right away and instructed me on what he wanted me to do I went to the hospital & he instructed the nurse there what he wanted done. After a few hours I got sent home and my baby is fine! They handled my situation with such urgency and compassion which I’m so grateful for. The desk ladies are always so sweet and welcoming as well. I also recommend my cousin here since she wasn’t having a good experience with her Dr and she LOVES it. Village crossing is definitely the best.

Dr. Feinstein is great! He has a sense of humor and it helps if you are anxious seeing a gynecologist. Also- never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, so thats a plus.

Dr. Feinstein is a very intelligent, compassionate doctor with many years of experience. I delivered my first baby with another doctor in the same office back in 2016, and switched to Dr. Feinstein for my second pregnancy.

APPOINTMENTS/STAFF
- Never any issue scheduling. Rarely a significant wait time. There was only one appointment throughout my entire pregnancy where I was seen 45-60 minutes late, because Dr. Feinstein was tending to a patient in the hospital. That is the nature in this line of work. I would expect him to be completely focused on me if I were in labor too, so it's very forgivable in my opinion. Karen was very kind during my 39 weeks of appointments. Kelly (the ultrasound tech) was fantastic. The nurses, especially Natalia, are great. I've known her since my first pregnancy, and always enjoy seeing her.

BILLING
- No problems. I was given a contract to sign, and offered a payment plan. Reasonable. Next time I would pay it all in full, but when I first started seeing Dr. Feinstein I wasn't sure I would continue (details below) so opted to just pay when required.

FMLA/DISABILITY PAPERWORK
- Yes, there is a $45 charge, but this seems like the standard everywhere. The paperwork was filled out accurately and I had no problems with my claim.

QUALITY OF CARE
- I strongly believe Dr. Feinstein is one of the best doctors I've met (my husband is a retired professional athlete so we've seen many, many different specialists). I did extensive research on all of my options, and almost switched practices following the first trimester, because I was interested in VBAC. He counseled me extensively on VBAC, was very thorough in explaining the risks. What I originally took as his dismissiveness, was actually just Dr. Feinstein counseling me appropriately on outcomes. At the end of the day I want a doctor who isn't going to let me make irrational health decisions that could lead to poor outcomes just because he wants to be nice. I asked for the statistics (so I could understand everything from a risk analysis standpoint), maternal/fetal outcomes, etc. Dr. Feinstein was able to provide an answer to every question I had with the most up to date research/recommendations (I know because yeah, I'm that patient that researches medical journals and verifies everything). For these reasons, I decided to stay with Dr. Feinstein and do not regret my choice. Ultimately, there was medical necessity for a RCS, so that was the direction we went in. I felt informed every step of the way. My c-section went much more smoothly than my first (my first was an emergency c-section), and my recovery has been significantly easier.

Overall, Dr. Feinstein is a great doctor and one of the top in the San Antonio area. Highly recommend this practice. I trust him fully, and will be returning for my next baby!

Second to none. Dr. Feinstein is so easy to talk to, professional and a fantastic surgeon. I love his staff, too. Karen went above and beyond to help me with insurance eligibility. I’m extremely happy with this office, and would recommend him to everyone!

I saw Dr. Feinstein after his previous partner left the group. I was very turned off with his demeanor. He prescribed progesterone for hot flashes without doing any blood work. I was hesitant in taking medication, but the next year when I went back for my annual Pap smear he asked me how the progesterone was working out. I told him I never started it because I don’t like how medication has side effects. He assured me progesterone has no side effects. He said all his patients have never complained of side effects.
When it was time for my annual exam I chose to see a new Ob. My new Ob asked why I was taking progesterone. When I told her she immediately looked at me and told me to stop taking it due to side effects. She said it can cause breast cancer in women. I immediately stopped taking it.
Went for my mammogram after that appointment and after always having normal mammograms and no history in family I have been diagnosed with DCIS. I am highly disappointed in Dr. Feinstein and how he misled me with this medication. I would give him NO stars if I could.

Dr. Feinstein delivered both of my babies and I am so thankful. He made sure I was taking all of the precautions needed during my pregnancies and was a pleasure to talk to. He is always smiling, friendly and makes you feel okay when talking about personal medical concerns. I cannot recommend him enough and I tell all of my friends and family to him. I never experienced issues with billing and they worked with me to schedule all of the necessary appointments when pregnant. I am thankful to Dr. Feinstein and his team.

Dr. Feinstein continuously treats me as a person and not a insurance claim. He is personable, kind, honest, and easy to talk to. I recommend.
