They communicated well with us and answered our questions before the staining and afterwards when we did our walk through. They were very helpful in terms of explaining the two part process…first coming out and spraying to kill organic matter and open up the wood…then the actual staining process. Jacob and his coworker showed up ontime and were great about the staining process. At the end, they had me walk through and check out the work to make sure I was happy with it, and also answered any questions I had.
