Pro's: Great selection of fencing materials. Nice place. Easy to find what you need. The guys in the yard that load your supplies are awesome.
Con's: The women that work the counter aren't the sharpest. Make too many mistakes that cause inconveniences. A little on the scatter brained level. ;-) God Bless those.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for some ideas for my fence and within 20 minutes I had 3 quotes and a good idea how to proceed. This team acknowledged me when I came in and were able to answer every question with ease. If you are looking to install a fence or replace any type of outdoor pergola, electric gate, fencing project there is only one place you need to be going in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area. Amy is Rude She need to learn How to talk to people. The place is extremely expensive home depo sells the same material for a lot less only payed a 1/4 of the price they quoted. They need to teach employees so they can be on the same page and not use their own personal opinions on what they each think is correct follow company policy and educate them on policy. One said I had to come in and pay the other said I could pay over the phone.

I had a problem with my gate and was referred to them by the gate supplier. I had not been their customer and they had no obligation to me but they went out of their way to put me in touch with someone who could help and followed up. That is absolutely excellent and I would recommend anyone use a company that goes so far up and beyond!

Received my order promptly but returns are another matter. 1) didn't reply to my email requesting to set up a return 2) no return shipping label 3) 15% restocking. And people wonder why they are losing business to Amazon?

I had a great experience with Fence Supply Inc.

I placed an order online and received the parts within a few days. Unfortunately, the parts would not fit (I had ordered the wrong size). I sent an email to them and within 20 minutes I had a response! They offered to exchange the parts and said they would send the correct-sized parts once I returned the parts originally sent.

I followed-through and had the new parts at my door two days after Fence Supply Inc.received the parts I returned.

Their communications were very timely and their customer service was excellent; they made me feel like a valued customer even though my order was small.

Much higher prices than Brunson supply in Dallas. They do not match prices. Don’t waste a trip.

This place is great!
I had a bid for over $3,000 and with all the parts and pieces I bought the entire package for around $1300.00.
They helped me understand how to measure, order and install the fence.
I had a extra panel and wanted to switch for a different height panel and it was no problem.
You will need some tools and follow directions fully but you can do it and have great results.
It took me about 7 hours plus the time to let the concrete set.
I am happy with the project.

The sales staff have been outstanding in answering all my questions and have been very personable and courteous. I needed new hinges and a latch for my gate and they made sure I also had the appropriate hardware and knew how to install it properly. When I need to purchase materials for a new cedar fence next year, they will be the first place I call!
