Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen, Garland TX

My husband and I absolutely love Ferah's. The food is wonderful, we both had the Shrimp scampi, and the surf n turf and it was fantastic. We celebrated our 26 year anniversary there last night and our waiter Johnathan was absolutrely wonderful. They were short staffed, but you wouldn't have known it. Johnathan and the other waiter had that place rockin and rollin. Ferah's has now become our go to place. We have recommend it to everyone who's looking for a great place to eat. Thank you Ferah and Johnathan.

What an extraordinary restaurant! The food is delicious and the menu is fabulous I need to eat here as often as possible because I want to order one of everything every time I dine here. The prices are very affordable and the staff is amazing especially Adrian, Chasey and Jonathan. My husband and I love to eat here before or after a movie at Strike and Reel for MUCH better dining selection. The food is hot fresh and delicious. Secret tip visit Monday through Wednesday for a lighter crowd and great dining specials. Also they cater weddings and other events!

Loved the food. - tried the sampler (the fried goat cheese was really good) and cast iron roasted chicken was delicious as well.

We are trying to eat their entire menu! Their food is dynamic and fits almost every palate preference. Their servers are friendly and watch well enough that a water glass is never less than half full! My only criticism is the seating is a little bit hard and feels more cafe than restaurant. The Turkish Coffee Creme Brulee is off the charts good!

First time and we like the experience

We both love food and give critics, this one is a good place to try.
We noticed the atmosphere inside is exquisite, fine and neat set up good for dates, small or big groups.
Their food are well flavored and taste fresh.
Price and quality wise are great.
People who work there definitely know what they are doing and have good service.

First time here for a birthday. Off menu ask for the fried goats cheese with tomato soup. It won't disappoint.

The shrimp scampi was a little bit of a surprise but everything else was incredible!

25 dollars for dry and flavorless chicken. Never again. Don't go here. Firewheel is a nice area though do go there. This place is over priced and bad.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food! Loved the gyro taco and spinach dip with pitas. Very delicious.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up with a "gyro taco" (just like normal gyro on pita) a salmon taco (like a normal fish taco) and tomato basil soup. It was all good. Nothing really stood out. Service was great, friendly; helpful.

I had the chicken on a pita, which is basically a pita taco with chicken. Very tasty today the least. My wife had the chef's sampler (which i believe was an appetizer) and it too was delicious. I'm not a big fan of Mediterranean food but this place was delicious! Definitely going back! (sorry no pics)

Humiliated beyond belief.
Suggested this for a birthday celebration and family drove an hour to arrive.
Server was very nice, but no one paid attention when our food was an hour late, even after we asked several times.

Food was a let down.
Spinach artichoke dip was very runny.
Manchego with olives had 3 olives (& 5 people)
Hummus was good
Pita warm and fresh.

Entrees:
Tacoes were okay but falalel had 1/2 patty only and all lettuce
Risotto was ordered by 2, one with shrimp and one salmon. Risotto was good texture but both proteins burned to a crisp.
Chicken sandwich okay.

Comped us two desserts to "make it up to us" but the mood and ambiance was past spoiled.

Been here before and never encountered this. Chef came to table to apologize but when I inquired about delay, was told "printer ran out of tape and our order was never processed. "

Why didn't they figure it out when we asked and asked? Humiliated and frustrated, and still paid a lot of money for an awfully less than mediocre meal.
