This office refused to see my pregnant wife even after testing negative for covid and flu. Part time doctors aren't doctors. Your response was deflective and inaccurate. You said she had to use telecom due to being congested. And I would have gladly talked to you if someone could answer the phones. Or at the very least and option for voice-mail. We will gladly take our family somewhere else part timer.

I have been using Dr. Lance for years. He always takes the time I need to make sure that all my questions are answered. His office staff and nurses are wonderful!

Largely, I like this office. I like the Doctors they are excellent and have seen to my needs without ordering too many tests, ordering things which I do not need. The reason I am not going to give them a four or five star rating is for these reasons: One, I used to be able to call and leave a voicemail for the nurse to return, I can not do so any longer. Last week, I called to get my orders for blood work sent over to Quest. I went to setup an appointment with Quest for blood work to be done, but they have not received my orders yet. So I called the office, they are at lunch, no biggie, I will just leave a message- but this option has gone away. On two occasions recently, I have tried to do walk in blood work, but eithers those days have changed or the nurse isn't available any more. Now, in early Jan, I came in for Strep Throat- I did not have Covid or covid symptoms- I made the appointment and I had told them this. Instead, I was put out in the cold and I was SHOCKED to say the least. Now, Dr Cotton did have some good points on tele-medicine about this- which I cant fault them for. BUT I tested Negative for Covid on a PCR test. Never had covid, I am vaxxed and had not been around any sickies. I am not sure how tele-med is supposed to work, as you really dont do anything other than talk to the patient. Again the doctors are good. I just have grown not like dealing with the office staff. I will update this review if things improve. Doctors are Five Star, Staff is three stars.need customer service training.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for about 5 years. Over these years I have seen both physicians and they are wonderful! They really take time to explain the patient's condition, not just hand me a pill. The front office staff is friendly and efficient. The appointment phone is always answered by a person when I call. When my husband had Covid recently, I called and they explained that they were unable to see him in the office, but scheduled a telemedicine appointment for that day. At this appointment Dr. Cotton evaluated him and prescribed medicine for the Covid. He was much better by the next day. Thank you, Dr. Cotton!

Fantastic doctors and nurse practitioners! I will always recommend this practice to everyone, some of the smartest and nicest doctors. Dr. Lance is awesome and very knowledgeable!

I personally don't have this office as a doctor YET, but I would HIGHLY recommend them! The office staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The providers are very patient and take their time by trying to explain everything in "layman's" terms so you can understand to help ease any uncomfortably or doubts that you may have.

Would not recommend. The office manager has a problem with taking ownership of her office issues and talks over you until you get upset and then wonders why you're so upset. I needed medicine for my condition, I'll go elsewhere where they don't take advantage of people during a pandemic. These people do not listen and ignored my concerns to talk over me and tell me what they think I was trying to say.

Dr. Cotton and Dr. Lance are amazing physicians! They take their time with each and every patient. The office atmosphere inspires confidence. The people who make appointments and work in the front office are friendly and professional! Love these Docs!

I LOVE my doctors! Both Dr Cotton & Dr Lance Feray are the most caring and thoughtful doctors. The nurse practitioners are wonderful and caring as well. I never have a problem getting into see my doctor and always know that I am getting the best quality care. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

I have been a patient with them for over 5 years as. This morning I woke up with all signs pointing to a sinus infection. And with a vacation coming up I decided to go in as a walk in since the website says they welcome walk-ins on Saturday if you are there by 9: 30am. I showed up filled out the form like a patient gave it to the lady and explained I didn’t have an appt.but that it says you take people till 9: 30 and she said no. I got upset than she asked well
What do you need to see them for and I said I think I have a sinus infection as my ear hurts me she acted like I had the plague. Told me to leave right now we don’t do that here. Excuse me your a doctors office. So needless to say you have also lost me as a patient moving forward.

My family has been going here since the 80’s and we love the atmosphere and the quality of care. They always have appointments to be seen usually same day if not the next day & they take the time to listen and actually get down to the root of the issue and not just throwing a bunch of pills at you. I recently moved 40-45 mins away from their office and still will travel that distance because I can trust them to give me the best quality of care around!

Dr. Lance Feray is one of a kind. My family has seen him for years and every visit is thorough and informative. He is always available when needed, and follows up with you until you are healed. I recommend him and his office to anyone who needs a top notch local doctor who treats each patient like family.
