Always bad customer service. Never have the parts you need and always send out wrong parts. The only reason I shop here is the company I work for likes them, unless I have to I will stick with Moore Supply, never an issue there, exceptional customer service and will do their best to get part to you asap. When I shop at Ferguson I feel as I am overly dressed and should run home and change into my pajamas and house shoes as I do when I go to Walmart.
