I do NOT recommend doing any business with them. We bought $40k of product from them including a complete Jennaire kitchen appliance package, tons of plumbing fixtures, toilets, etc for our custom home under construction. They have terrible communication, no response to calls or emails among the 3-4 people we have interacted with. Come to find out 2 months ago they applied our payment to the wrong account and put a lein on our house. Get your stuff from ANYONE else, it'll be cheaper and you'll have less headaches.

Never had a great experience visiting the showroom floor on Elm st in Austin.
I will say, their selection of quality appliances are beyond amazing, which is the reason I continue to buy different types of appliances from Ferguson. As far as the delivery service they use I will refrain from using the words I chose to use.

Placed an order while in store as they didn't have the items in store and I was told they can ship it from their Round Rock warehouse for a $10 fee in one week. 2 weeks passed by and nothing. I emailed twice, then called in and found that they didn't have the shower head available yet (which I was not appraised of while placing order), so I can either wait or choose to get rest of the items shipped. I waited a few more days and decided to cancel the shower head since my bathroom project was starting. They shipped rest of the items but now I have to keep following up for getting the credit back on my card for the shower head that they never had! They barely respond to the emails. In the meanwhile my bathroom project got delayed due to all this. It should not be like this. You can feel that they don't really care for customers once the order is booked. I have future plans for master bath remodel and kitchen update but I'm not going to Ferguson for my needs again. Very poor customer experience!

The selection was amazing but show up looking for something small like just a bathtub without an appointment and no one will help you. Why even ask people what they are in for at the front door. Its like a slap in the face. I don’t think I would buy anything in light of the experience and general unhelpful nature of the employees.

Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Placed order in late December. Many items were shown as in stock, but still have not arrived in late February.

Though the order was paid it does not appear the items were actually ordered. Items with longer lead times- March & May are now May & August!

Zero proactive communication! Very difficult to get through to the Rep or Customer Service. When I do get someone on the phone actions are followed up slowly or not at all.

Pretty disappointed and disgusted! Wish I had checked reviews and Yelp to see their low rating and customer warnings.

Great selection but the parts counter was pretty put out that I actually wanted to speak with someone. I think I was interfering with their social time.

Terrible customer experience here. Chose these 3 kitchen higher end Hinkley pendants and the glass globes came obviously defected. It takes an exorbitant amount of time to even communicate with a rep and an Act of God to get issues resolved. After waiting on hold for extended periods of time, leaving messages and emails for reps that don’t return calls, we finally walked the defected globes into the store. Over a month later, a manager finally called. They shipped a replacement set of globes. Upon arrival, these glass globes were ALSO, identically defected. Beyond frustrated & not going to even bother calling. We’re walking in with SIX defective globes today. Not holding my breath!
