My dilemma I'm having is finding a Aerator that fits my Caldwell Arc faucet that I brought in 2016 from Home Depot.

Searching a few plumbing companies in El Paso is like finding a needle in the haystack.
Calling Moen where my faucet was made is a pain - in - neck in getting someone to talk to you by phone is at least a 3 hour wait daily.

Two days ago, I spoke to Jason who informed me that he has (1) part #145130 in his distribution center for $18.00, but after arriving at the store location on Friday afternoon it turns out that their part is in Nickle finish where my faucet in Stainless Steel.

I do appreciate that Oscar the sales register's person was VERY Professional and Helpful in giving me his full attention in trying to solve my issue. He did recommend that I turn to the internet and see if I can get it somewhere else where the shipping time can be shortened that waiting 2 - 3 weeks for delivery!

Overall, might have to buy another kitchen faucet bummer!

Worst customer service ever! Just walked in they said they couldn't help me unless I had a part number. Did not even try helping. Found the part at Lowes!

I literally just walked out after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. It was perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Ferguson, you just lost a customer indefinitely.

They helped me out to get a pressure switch for a furnace! Make sure you have the model number of the unit you are working on before you go so they can better help you and get your part faster.
