4Prompt, courteous, no hassle and friendly personnel. I have used them for over two decades without any problems or issues.
I will definitely use this company for our AC and heating needs. The person answering their phone is very personable and professional. The technician who came to our house was personable, professional and knowledgeable. They both went out of their way to make sure our air conditioning problem was resolved and the technician took the time out to explain in layman’s terms what the problem was with our unit and simple maintenance. So sorry I can’t remember their names because they definitely need to be recognized. All this was taken care of during a major heatwave when I know they were working their tails off.
I would've given a negative rating if I could. The service technician, Chris, who came to see the problem, was on time and very personable. I have no complaints about him. He spend about 30 minutes to look around and see the problem. But anything positive about this place is stops there.
Chris told us that there must have been a refrigerant leak ad since the unit is so old, it needs to be replaced but since he was not a sales person, he said he was going to let the sales team send someone to give us a quote on Monday. So far so good. Monday 2 PM came and I have seen nobody. I had to reach Chris to see what the problem is. I think it was shortly before 4 PM a man showed up in our house. Without introducing himself or saying anything, went straight to the A/C unit outside the house. Then came inside to check the heat pump and without paying much attention to what we are saying, blurted out what he thinks the best. And he left in about 10 minutes if that. Before he left I asked him if he had my contact information for the quote. He said he can find it. This was about 3-4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for that quote. Today I received the service call invoice, which was supposed to benothing if we purchased the replacement from them but without a quote, how could I? And that half an hour Chris spent at our place was billed more than $200.
If I were you, I would stay away from this outfit. I sure will in the future
