The people who answer the phones leave u on hold and then hang up. They act rude and stupid. Dont know how or why they have good reviews.

Used to be easy to to work with. Now double bills and makes big mistakes when ordering follow up labs. I paid $220 for a follow up visit and they did not refill a prescription at that visit. A well visit was going to cost extra because i wanted maintenence prescriptions refilled. They have automation in the phone system that is supposed to allow you to make appointments and it does not work. They newest staff does not say hello and barks at you to fill out forms. I hope this doctor gets his office back on track.

They tried to charge me $150 for an annual well check before seeing the doctor. When I questioned it they were condescending about it. I have never had to pay for an annual well check. Its covered 100% by my health insurance. I decided to walk out and find a new doctor. Disappointed as his office is so close to my work.

It’s always a pleasure working with Dr. Bueso. He’s very knowledgeable & always very eager to help. My family & I have been seeing him for over 29 years! Wish more Doctors were like him! ;)

Been coming to Dr. Bueso since 1990 and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Bueso is a Amazing he listens to your needs and gives you his professional advice. Dr. Bueso is so patient and caring he makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is amazing they are very kind especially Michelle. I also got to meet with his son Dr. Bueso at first I was worried because I was seeing his (Father) Dr. Bueso for 33 years and his nurse reassured me that it was going to be fine I was like ok lets see how it goes. Dr. Bueso (Son) was just as Amazing and caring as Dr. Bueso (Father). I would recommend both Doctors.

Had a terrible experience with the front desk lady here. Came in for a physical and was asked by the dr.to schedule a gyno appt, I told him I couldn’t afford the copay and would schedule it when I could so he insisted the visit was covered and came with me to front desk to verify this. Now coerced I schedule the appointment under false pretenses only to complete the appointment at a later date and be asked for $150. Turns out there were conditions to the appt being covered which were not clearly disclosed to me however I could not have been more clear that I couldn’t afford the copay right now. I’ve also called for weeks to have paperwork filled out that would allow me to get free orthopedics for my job which I’m on my feet all day but they keep saying they will send and never do, so I give up. This office is more interested in making money than their patients which you will quickly find out if money is an issue for you.
