The technician is always helpful and nice. The administration clerk/staff not so much. Not customer friendly in my opinion. I don’t know the price of the propane unless I ask for a receipt and it always seems higher every year. I read the other reviews and I believe them.

Deliveries take forever! Office staff and drivers have made errors regarding my account and supervisors do not return phone calls!
