The office staff are courteous and efficient. Dr Hembree is very upbeat and personal. Years after having braces they fit me in quickly to take care of my retainer. They take great care of me and my family during braces and beyond. They are the best!

I like that they know what they are doing. However, I usually have to come back that same day or a day later because the assistants do not clip the wire and it cuts my cheek. I have to go back and make a 45 minute drive due to the lack of checking which is pretty annoying.

Both Dr. Hembree and Dr. Ferris treat my kids with such care and do such a great job getting them all fixed up! We are very thankful for this practice, including each staff member, who are all exceptional in how their treat their patients and families! May the Lord continue to bless Ferris Orthodontics!
