Mr. Street with Fidelity Home Inspection, LLC spent several hours doing a very thorough inspection of the entire property, including outbuildings, so that we could be well-armed with all of the information we could possibly need before proceeding with a complicated purchase. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed every concern in detail. He walked me through the inspection report step-by-step, and helped us prioritize for upcoming repair work. If I could leave a 10-star review, I would. I won't ever use anyone else again; Fidelity has a new customer for life.

Michael was very thorough. I like that he not only walked us through the report but even had a video in front our home explaining how to present the findings to the builder on our walkthrough.

The report was so thorough and specific. Excellent work! I love that I also have a checklist of the basic maintenance items that I need to addres on my new home. The color coding of the report makes it easy to quickly see what the seller needs to address on the property and what is more routine maintenance that I will address. The best part of the whole experience was Karl. He was patient in explaining each step of the process and why the repairs were important. I was looking to purchase a home and was told that everything was inspected and up to code by builder and my realtor so thinking about getting another inspection by a independent company was not what I needed or thought I needed at the time …
I was completely wrong and I highly recommend you go with Lane Ward from Fidelity! On top of not really knowing what to look for as far as building code, electrical code, plumbing code, hvac code and the many more codes that are involved with the purchase of a new home Lane was 100% on point with all information given upon completion of independent inspection of my new home. He found countless issues that would have cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Lane and I sat down together after his inspection and talked about each aspect of his findings in detail. He took time to answer all my questions and even said I could call him after the fact for any further questions he knew I would have. As a first time homeowner I felt completely comfortable with moving forward with my purchase knowing that all issues had been reviewed and done by builder before closing.

We have an awesome experience with Fidelity Home Inspection, we contracted the 3 stages on our new build construction, as we are aware of the issues facing with pretty much any builder now, and strongly recommend to invest on doing the third party inspection since this has saved us so much head aches and open our eyes on the issues, giving time to the builder to correct before closing
