Michael Street conducted the inspection on a home that we would like to buy. He was both respectful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable in his field and did a great job of communicating the results of the inspection in a way that I could understand (this will be my first time purchasing a home). He completed the inspection ahead of time and communicated his time for completion so that I would be able to meet him to go over the report. The company was very flexible with us and had appointment availabilities that accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend Fidelity for other potential home buyers!

Michael came by and inspected a home for us. He was punctual, thorough, has a good eye for detail, and has a good understanding of the many systems and maintenance requirements in a home. The inspection with the add ons is a bit pricey, however, you will get a lot of information and hopefully you can make your best home purchasing decisions with the information provided. Michael has delivered such a top-notch service! He has an extensive knowledge of everything relating to a home—structural integrity, electrical systems, heating, cooling, as well as plumbing systems, safety standards, etc. He has been meticulous in his inspections, precise on his use of tools, and had been elaborate on his report. Even though we were looking at a newly built house, he still diligently looked at every possible lapses our builder may have had.
