Fiesta Mart reviews
22Same issue, slow and bad management of the flow of customers and cash register openings to improve the flow.
Only 2 cashier's working. I only had 6 items and to wait at least 20 minutes to check out was ridiculous. The manager was standing down one aisle just watching and didn't try to help or fill in.
There was only 3 lines open and the lines started at the cashier counter down the shopping isles and this isn't the first time I have seen this at this store. The supervisor on duty was exhausted, rude and disrespectful. I believe she need another line of work.
No CASHIERS ONLY 3 AND NO PRICES ON SEAFOOD BULK ITEMS BAGGED FOR INDIVIDUAL RETAIL SALES. IS JUST THE SHAME TO SEE A STORE LIKE THAT GOING TO WASTE. I WOULD NEVER EAT AT THAT TAQUERIA BECAUSE THE MAN THERE HAD NO UNIFORM NO HAIR NET JUST LOOKING NASTY NO GLOVES JUST GOT A FAN POSTED UP TO KNOCK THE FLIES OFF THE AREA AND I'M JUST SAYING I WON'T EAT THERE. BON APPETIT! I ALSO TRIED TO CALL THE STORE MANAGER ON MY PHONE WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE AND THE PHONE ONLY RANG I GUESS HE WAS CAUGHT UP SOMEWHERE IN THE BACK WITH SOMEBODY YOU SURE WOULD NEED TO BE ON THE FLOOR WATCHING THE STORE.
I only stop here cause my husband works in the area. But I hate it. I mean the stuff's good and the prices are reasonable but good god they never ever ever have enough registers open. NEVER.my advice is take someone with you to get in line and wait while you shop. And hope by the time your done it's your turn.
The worst place to shop. Everyday the lines are incredibly long. I hate coming here. I only come because it's close to home
Everyone is nice, smiling, and friendly. Great selection on all the items I like. Prices are low which doesn't hurt my pockets, I'm on a budget. Once I looked around for something sweet and settled for 2 moonpies for cheap. Also the restrooms are always clean.
High Prices, Good Customer Service, A Wait But Not Too Long, It Changed A lot And Chase Is No Longer on the Inside
They are getting better they just need to stop changing things around when you go to the store one month and then when you go to next week is moved
I have shopped at fiestafor years and years i took my mom there this evening and customer services was very poor with one of the cadhiers she also ignored my mom when she asked her a question about her groceries so i got to talk to a manager on duty she said.
Deception on price marking. Had sign on chips 3 for 5 dollars in several areas. Would not honor their sign which says 3 for 5 dollars & no product descy. Bad business.
It's great most of the time they have what I need but their meat portionings are really small. I've been to other Fiesta's that have way better sizes!
I found great deals on bacon & produce. The store is very organized & I didn't see unprofessional people working there playing around not getting things done & avoiding customers like I normally do at other grocery stores. Overall I had a good experience.
I love this store it's the only store we have in the neighborhood the only grocery store is Fiesta within a 5-mile radius
Not as much variety as H-E-B or Kroger but a good selection of fresh produce and friendly service. And A/c
This store is NOW, everything it should have been before, it's NOW CLEAN, NOW CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, & NOW HAS MORE ELECTRIC CARTS!
#GOODJOB
Since this Fiesta has come back after the flood the prices are very high the store has been totally remodeled and I understand that due to the damages the break-ins the theft all of that is why we have to pay for living in this neighborhood the prices that we have to pay.
Hate this grocery store placed directly in the center of community that doesn't have a closer large grocery store within a couple of miles - lower quality most items & few choices - best thing about this store is that they seem to employ many young people from the community - I try not to go to this store unless I only need 1-3 items - if I need more I make the drive to an HEB or Aldi
Just shopped and purchased catfish. The store was clean and the produce department was very nice looking with prices in place and vegetables looking fresh!
There remodeling the whole store, but it's still open. I'm enjoying seeing the transformation. Although I do
I understand there language, there's a live band and their entertaining.the store stays busy, but service is good
