Fiesta Mart, Houston TX

This was my mother's Day gift and I like going to fiesta because they really reasonable on certain things

Thanks Tanajae for such great customer service. Stopped by Tuesday afternoon at 3: 30. You took time out to explain the special on the chips to me and even offered I I wanted another bag. Also after wondering throughout the store you were so kind in tellin me where the restroom was. And thanks Alex for assisting me with actually getting the door open! Sometimes it’s the small things that count. These two closed the circle with customer service. Didn’t pay attention to anything but how your attitude was. Made all the difference. The area where this Fiesta is located at, has a high level of crime rate. It is very dangerous area for any one specially for a mom with children buying groceries after 6pm. Once you came into the store and scan the grocery carts they are dirty sticky nasty, no one is cleaning the carts for the costumers.
The floors are unclean and sticky. The check out counter belts are broken, and now, lets mention the employees attitude not all of them, some are hard working people, but some.as rude and disrespectfully. I dont blame them any one working at this environment becomes part of the environment. They have no choice.its very sad.
Why any one in their sane and sound mind would give their business to this store. There are other Fiesta stores. Please do you very best effort to go to another Fiesta show this management that costumers, consumers have dignity and disserved to be respected. Do not give your business to a store that dont care for you.

I love the store on Shaver. Wonderful selection of food and clothes too. AND a yummy eatery on-site.

Seafood department a pain to find most the time they never around.
Last few times I got most here open the pack to it being greenish.
The carrots in the bag was all slimy. Place has gone to scrap over last year or so.

Do not go here. If you get robbed in THEIR parking lot and ask to see the security footage, management tells you, “It’s not their problem”. Overpriced and unsafe.

A seafood clerk at this store was basically forcing me to show a receipt just to enter the bathroom. She was rude and acted very unprofessional. She obviously needs to be retrained on customer service because by the looks of it she had none. Very uncalled for.

Today was ok. But most of the time this store is really over priced. And the appearance is not to be desired

Best people left my wallet outside there and they had to look for me on Facebook to ask me to come get it.awsome customer service keep up the good work.

1st of the damn month and they have the nerves to have one window open at customer services booth.oh and dont try get help from the store manager he has a nasty attitude!

They got a new butcher and I can now shop here for my meat, he is awesome. Get those oxtails ready sir.

The Restrooms are nasty the manager is a rude awfully rude and a place needs to be mopped It looks like it haven’t been mopped in years

Its was pretty clean and I really like that the fresh produce was available to me. The only thing I did not like was they only had two registers open and one of them was for 15 items or less I did not like waiting. But the cashier was very friendly and very helpful I really really liked it that was my only complaint it was that they only had two registers open

Rude and disrespectful to the customers. They treat you like your not even there. For instance, you try to ask a question and they act like they can't even hear you. I'm talking several employees not just a single incidence.

Good neighborhood store. Doesn't carry a lot of specialty items, but they have the staples covered.

I'm so upset about the service at fiesta being a 15 yr costumer and for the line to be pass the costumer service desk and the manger have the 10 item open and the 15 item line open and 1 regular register open is wrong and when I complained he told me he was gon put me out so I left the shrimps and fish I was buying at the candy section and left he was wrong not have more than 1 regular register open and for him to tell me he was gon put me out for speaking up have me so pissed off and you can review the tape to back up what I'm saying no other costumer said anything but for me speaking up and be told he was gon kick me out I felt my service wasn't welcome and I'm pissed off so to the white manager with the bald head when u there I won't shop there I will give my business some where else when u not there I'll go

HOUSTON RESEARCHER: : : I get sales ad in mail and has TEXT TO WIN however when you text it says it does not understand so it say if you need help and you are redirected to fill out a form and this is just to receive sales.not to help regarding "TEXT TO WIN" this should be corrected or not advertise at all. Something is wrong with this or false advertisement to get people's Information.
As for in store, bad attitudes, not enough registers open, not welcoming feeling, and prices higher than other stores and ad advertisement has many issues.

This store is one of the worst fiestas I have ever seen. Management sits by and allows homeless people to smoke k2 in the front entrance and ask for change as customers walk in and out. I asked for the management to take care of this and the management tells me its not my problem. Then they ask me to leave.my only question is, why not make that man (the one smoking synthetic marijuana and loitering) at the front entrance leave? As a customer, its not a pleasant sight to experience. On the way out, the man is laid out in the parking lot since the stuff he smoked got him stuck.
Crows are all over the parking lot. You can gaurentee your car will be pooped on, that's not the worst part. The service here is equivalent to what those birds leave on your cars while you shop over here

This Fiesta is ok if you just need something real quick but I can never get all my shopping done here. Limited items and priced higher than a competitor. It's by 45s and the homeless are always hanging around the parking lot.

The meat section tends to be skimpy. However, I have only been able to find those Holmes beef and jalapeno franks at this location.
