Fiesta Pawn Shop, Pasadena TX

Went to buy a PlayStation 4 1TB. Come to find out the hard drive on it is ruined. It runs really slow doesn’t let me play a single game. Bad business. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS from this place. & he even asked if I wanted to purchase their “warranty” to be able to return it. Obviously I didn’t, but I will not be sending people there nor will I be going back myself.

The employees don't know anything about what they are selling, they close early some days and today I was trying to pay my last payment on a gift I had on layaway (which I been paying off way faster since it was a gift indeed) and they wouldn't let me pay because the close at "6pm" and it was 6: 01! It seriously piss me off that they are all chilling inside the store and they wouldn't even let me pay.smh now I have to wait till monday.

These folks are crooked. They will lie to you to get your item.won't give you much for what you are pawning.example for a 4000.00 power chair I got 50 dollars. Then they will do everything that they can do to keep you from being able to get your item out of pawn. The law states that if you have the ticket you have the right to take something out of pawn. I gave my boss my pawn ticket.they refuse to let him take it out of pawn. Even though I called and asked him if that was ok before hand. Watch these folks.best advice.use someone else. Fiesta in Baytown is a much better place.

Wow this guys a total goof, I had an estimate on a PS2 already with the receipt being processed, when I asked if I could get a few more bucks for some PS2 games thrown in. He gives me this excuse that no, because the games r so old they wouldnt sell, then out of nowhere decides they were already included in the package and that if not they total would b reduced by 10. Wow, the woman working even showed him the receipt she had just printed me, he had me wait till she made a new one, this time including the games. I would try the Pawnshop on Southmore.

Went in to look at rings, had everyone ignore me, went back to see a specific one, asked to look at it, the ring was pulled out and handed to me without saying a single word then took it back without a single word. Didn't talk until I told I had Best Buy's website up on my phone and that a TV was the same price new. They just told me I was wrong so I left.

When in hand best customer service workers were graceful and help me out with any thing I needed and lent me reasonable on my merchandise but I still dont understand why other customers complain they're just big crybaby its the becouse they don't understand what up with the pawn business and expect to get new value on everything they bring. And then want to buy it for all most notting. So stop crying and go to another pawn.
