Literally the worst apartments I’ve stayed in in my life. SMELLS LIKE SEWER IN MY APARTMENT EVERY SINGLE DAY! IVE BEEN HERE 3 MONTHS & HAVEN'T HAD A HOT SHOWER I PUT A REQUEST IN EVERY WEEK FOR THEM TO COME FIX IT AND THEY HAVE YET TO DO SO. A PIPE BUSTED IN MY RESTROOM AND RUINED ALL MY THINGS IN THE RESTROOM ALL THE WAY TO MY LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM AND CLOSET! IF I COULD END MY LEASE TODAY I WOULD I REGRET MOVING HERE REAL BAD. LOUD AND DIRTY TOO

The buildings are on rotten wood falling apart. The rent is stupid high without any real reason why. You have to have renters insurance and theirs and the answer is just because. Indio sold to FMP (who hasn't had the office open since they took over 1/17/22 effective immediately), can't pay online until 2/1 and online interact via email. Their site isn't even up that they have advertised bow outside.

***Update*** Buildings are still falling apart, so please ignore the everything gorgeous. Office staff is still rude, never answers phone. There is hardly anyway to get in contact with them. There is no property email and the app only let's you put in a matinence request or move out. Also trash hasn't been picked up by valet trash in days and after speaking with them the office has to call the city to come dump the dumpsters and then services will resume. Until then we are all paying for a suspended amenity per Valet Living so basically money is being stolen from us since it's included in rent. Uploading new pics of them covering the rotten wood instead if actually fixing. Do not move here the 1400 + is definitely not worth it. We aren't safe, the gates stay open, there is no security, doors have gotten kicked in and after reporting office waited weeks to do something

Very bad treatment from the managers. They are shameless, they tell you one thing and they come up with another

My truck got stolen from here TWICE. I think security had something to do with it, they’re supposed to be there until 2 am but cars get stolen and broken into daily, my sink was always clogged I put in multiple request to have it fixed & it never got solved.

Bad staff. No one will answer your phone calls or questions. The apartments get sold every year. Owners are always selling this place. It's not profitable and you can't even leave your car in their parking spots because at night the steal thecatalytic converters from cars. They have security but it's never there. Look somewhere else. Not Here.

Super beautiful apartments that have an awesome new Manager. Mrs. Monica Molina is extremely personable and courteous. She has been the biggest asset to the Spanish speaking tenants who were unable to receive help. She has gone above and beyond to make a difference for the community and tenants. She is amazing and undoubtedly things are improving around here.

New manager Ms. Monica is already doing better for these apartments. Finally some good management
