I stopped in with no appointment and just needed some quick help on my car. Jamie was extremely polite and professional. He helped me with the issue on my car in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be back for any service work.

Just want to recognize the great talent and service of the team that is working at Fifth Gear. Unfortunately I took my car to Integrity Care and didnt do the oil change right and Fitht Gear was able to identify the problem and fix my car right away. Fifth Gear has very efficient, kind and solicitous staff. I waited in their small lounge, well-equipped with coffee, snacks, water, Wi-Fi password, phone charging plugs, and a TV I could turn down. I could hear the workers interact with customers both in person and on the phone. I heard only professional and pleasant conversations, and felt confident that my car was in good hands. I plan to bring my car back soon for necessary maintenance. Thank you, Fifth Gear, for making my experience at a repair shop a surprising and delightful experience.

I have been going to 5th Gear in Lewisville for 6 years. They now have one close to where I live in Crossroads. Again, can't say enough about the service and quality at 5th Gear!

I love putting my truck in Fifth Gear with full confidence that it’s going to continue to run strong and smooth! So I decided to bring my Truck to its primary service provider Fifth Gear Automotive. I was greeted immediately walking in and had great introduction of expectations based on my current time and mileage interval. I like to use a specific oil and filter based on preference. Which they had no problem with that as some auto maintenance/repair shops sometimes do which is nice. After I expected there service and handed over my keys they directed me to a fully furnished Customer Lounge. Including FREE coffee, Canned Seltzer, Bottled water, and Chips with a Tv and remote as well as free 5g Wi-Fi I knew I’d only be bringing my vehicle to this fine establishment for all of my automotive needs outside of my capability. These guys are professionals and made sure to under promise and over deliver with time and service punctuation. The main thing I appreciate in any service I receive is the capability for the business to properly keep me proactively aware of what to look forward to from there professional experience as far as the initially unexpected from my perspective as the customer, advised on current needs and last but not least following through expectations set and surpassing them. 5 stars ️ Thanks for making the automotive service industry great for all your Neighbors in the Aubrey/Kruegerville/Cross-Roads area! So wanted to give a big shout out to you 5 th gear automotive, cross roads, Texas! I pulled my 58 m concrete pump into their parking lot without their consent because I was in trouble. Just finishing up a 17 hour day and the boot to my turbo blew off in traffic. The only place I had to turn into was their facility. I wish I could remember this awesome dude’s name but he came out and got me back on the road so I can go home.didn’t even hesitate to help me out and I am very grateful for them.
