I wanna start off by saying honestly the customer service was great I give that to them but thinking that your driver would be on time or even early even though I was told what time the driver will arrive he was still 10 minutes late which was unprofessional find it poor performance.it was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate with my family and friends I booked 2 hours for 300 which was definitely not worth it the bus arrives and the bus was extremely olddd bad part enter the bus inside was not clean the other gathering before us had to left there trash it was a very bad smell windows was dirty floor didn’t look clean not only did I notice it but my family did the a/c was blowing hot air they had a fan sitting on the floor that wasn’t helping the driver snuck when we made it to the location where we got off the for about 15 mins he open the windows so we could get a breeze very embarrassing the radio is not very loud, no TVs was on I didn’t get sodas water whatever was included with services and at the end of all of this it was my birthday and I still was nice and tipped the driver I feel like service could have been better if I woulda got what my money was suppose to match and a better bus I recommend y’all to check first I wouldn’t say don’t book with them cause there communication is good just wasn’t happy with the transportation they sent.

I rented the partybus for my bday and we had a Blast. Ask for Frank as a driver he is the best. 100% recomendado
