Fine Airport Parking - IAH, Houston TX

Waited over 15 minutes for the shuttle, meanwhile over 10 Parking Spot buses passed by, will be parking there next time. Also if you are in a rush when departing beware they drive down every row which takes about 10 minutes before even taking you to the airport.

Very friendly staff, we didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle and we had an awesome driver!

Excellent low-cost parking option.

The online booking was quick and easy.

Upon arrival simply scan your QR Code and drive to the designated parking spot.

The transfers to and from the airport were quick and comfortable.

To leave just scan your QR Code again and you are on your way.

BE CAREFUL PARKING HERE! I had used a 3rd party parking service to get a reservation here and because I had arrived AFTER the start of my reserved time and they charged me for being late. It’s ridiculous, it did not warn me about this on the website and I would only park here if you don’t prepay.

My NEW SUV was parked here for 8 days and was keyed by someone at the IAH location. When I spoke with the “Supervisor” she claims people are to park at their own risk and no cameras are onsite. According to their site, this place is to have 24hr camera monitoring and NO where does it state “park at own risk”. DO NOT PARK HERE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO!

I rarely leave a bad review but this needs to be cleared up with this company. When I trying to exit, I was charged an additional fee when the reservation was paid in full AND I left early. Although it’s not much but if EVERYONE was getting the small fees, then they are trying to charge a little extra. They blamed it on the third party booking but I didn’t get charged with another booking. After a few mins of me refusing to pay, the employee finally decided to tell the other employee to lift the gate and let me go. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T PAY FOR THESE “extra fees from the third party” IF THEY ASK FOR IT! Not sure if it’s their scam but I will not be a part of it.

Used for the first time and had a great experience. We experienced no delays and only friendly staff and drivers.

Parked here for 3 times. Always have the lowest frequent pickup bus. For my last time, the bus come after waiting 15 minutes and it’s full…

Called the moment we got off the airplane and still waited 25 minutes to be picked up. The bus was so full that only my wife and I could get on. 6 others had to wait for the next bus. The driver said they only have 4 drivers and a supervisor working today and are understaffed.

Ruby and all the great employees at Fine Parking always do a great job of taking care of me and my wife! They always make our travel easy.

I had the most wonderful experience riding with Fine the other day. I met the most polite, upbeat, uplifting driver by the name Sidney. I will definitely be using you guys again and 5 stars to you Sidney you deserve it and more Happy Holidays to you and your family

I was pretty disappointed in Fine parking. I stood at terminal B for about an hour before pick up. I had to call several times to ask was a bus was coming to pick up passengers from terminal b and I get they will be there in a few minutes. A few minutes turned into an hour. I was seeing other shuttle companies coming every 10 minutes. We basically had to flag them down to stop at terminal b.

I use them because I used Preflight Parking before it became FINE parking. They have few shuttles running and they’re always saying they are short staffed or backed up. They’re cheaper than most. The past 3 times I waited at least 25 minutes before someone came and picked me up. I called and the workers are ghetto and rude and say someone is on the way and it still takes forever. I keep telling myself I’m going to use another company because o shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes plus to get picked up. Never coming back here again. This lady can’t even help with the suitcase and I brought my wheelchair and she was just sitting there and said “oh, lord”. They are NOT accommodating to people with disabilities. The lady had a problem I brought my wheelchair- didn’t help me bring it up the steps and had a problem I wasn’t sitting in it. She claimed there was no where to put it?

Great experience! Hospitable drivers, each with their own great personality. A young lady shuttle driver picked me up this evening, and we had such a friendly conversation that I totally regret not having any cash on me to tip her!

Professional and polite drivers, plenty of space for covered parking at a reasonable price. I also want to give kudos to Ruby, who went out of her way to help me when I lost my receipt!

I would give them 6 stars if i could.had the misfortune of losing my wallet on a heading home from a flight to htx.unsure of where i may have lost between the airport and home, the only details i had about the shuttle ride home was the name of the driver Thomas, as i was the only person on the shuttle at the time.delivered a warm pleasant conversation.we discussed family, travel, weather etc.fast forward to tracking down my wallet, i contacted the lot, and was connected to Ruby.she invited to wait at the lots office, while she tracked down the van that thomas drove on the day of ride.she went above and beyond, because within an hour a shuttle arrived, i was allowed to enter and revisit the area that i sat.found my wwallet.heartfelt and sincere thanks to ruby thomas and rest of the team a the fine parking.will definitely be using them in the future.

Since this parking changed from pre flight to
fine Parking the quality of the service and frecuency of shuttles in the airport has declined a lot.be very careful with the rude operator they have, hispanic Male in his mid 60s, they approaches the customers yelling and in bad mood, very unprofessional. Manager did not want to share his name protecting and fostering employees like this one will make it even worse. Eco park is a better option nearby!
