Fine Airport Parking, Houston TX

Company is called "On Air Parking, " online but "Fine Parking, " at the lot and Airport. None of the staff know this and are very confused if you mention On Air Parking.
None of the airport staff had even heard of On Air parking either.

You are also supposed to receive a ticket when you drop off your car for whatever reason, but I did not receive one.

When retrieving my car, they asked for a ticket on the shuttle and seemed flabbergasted that I didn't have one.
I asked why I needed a ticket to retrieve my own car, and the driver didn't answer.

The other shuttles for the other Parking places were cycling at the pickup spot more frequently, where as "Fine Parking, " had a long wait for just one shuttle.

Location is good…. But process of checking out leaves a lot to be desired. The scannng of your ticket is not a easy process…. And the ladies working there not so helpful…. They should have taken my ticket and did it manually when they saw me struggling with it. They moved like they were walking in syrup…. And rather be anywhere else than where they were. We prob will pick another lot for our next flight out….

It's my place to park when flying out of IAH. Nice and clean area and I love that the shuttle is right there when you park.

Arrived at Terminal C parking shuttle pick up. All zones 1-4 are marked by company (FINE is not marked but they claim they are zone 2). After 40 minutes the first Shuttle finally arrived but it already had people on it and a gathering of people standing at the door C104 — not at zone 2 —- ran to the shuttle. Driver said there was no more room despite us standing at zone 2. Called dispatch “shuttle is 3 minutes away”. That next shuttle arrived 15 minutes later, a total of 55 minutes of waiting at this point. Every other shuttle (Ecopark, Ecopark2, ParkNFly, Parking Spot JFK, Parking Spot Will Clayton) had several empty and just waiting. Special thanks to the driver of Parking Spot Will Clayton who let us sit in the air conditioned shuttle instead of the 100F heat.

Very good place to live a vehicle, they took care of my truck, they give me a good and friendly service, I will let my vehicle here again is a very trustworthy place. We were supposed to let the truck for two weeks and we ended up to keep it there for a month and a week and I was so positive that it was in a very good hands.

New I were and name. Drivers treat you like royalty. On time. Convenient, friendly. And inexpensive.

Great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As soon as I parked the shuttle was right there ready to take me to the terminal. Parking prices are very reasonable.

Taking 2 stars off because on our way to the airport, shuttle's AC was not working and it was really humid inside. You definitely need to have a good AC if wants to do business in Houston. Every shuttle should be checked if necessary functions are working or not. Beside that we had a good experience. Location is decently close to the airport. Had no issues pulling in and going out. Car was also found as we have left.

One more thing to keep in mind that on your way back, you may not get a shuttle outside the arrival terminal. You will call them on the number listed on the back of your car parking number card (Don't loose it!) and they will tell you where to go for pickup. Most likely you will be going to the same spot where they drop you off (Departure terminal, right up). At least this was the case with me. It was a 7 minutes walk and then additional 10 minutes before shuttle showed up.

Mostly good service. Fairly quick to get you to the airport, pickup is sometimes slow from the airport.

The service under new ownership is not as good as it used to be, with long waits and less shuttles.

Great, affordable offsite airport parking. Friendly service w/ knowledgeable drivers, dispatchers & customer service reps. Less expensive & better service as the other airport parking alternatives. Covered parking included on most spaces (a must have in Houston weather).

Such nice people, great service. The shuttle to the airport.zero time waiting, polite, helpful driver. Very short wait time on the return visit as the driver was already picking up at another terminal.driver couldn't have been more helpful. Check out with prepaid reservation was fast and courteous. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using them for past 6 years but they have gotten worse. They need more shuttles to run and when I get back and call them for a pick up I’m waiting almost 30 mins. They are never out there waiting during peak times. They don’t offer free water anymore and the shuttle drivers DO NOT help load and unload your luggage. I keep giving them another chance but I will look into other places where their shuttles are more available and can come in a timely manner.

I have been using this parking lot from last 1.5 years whenever I have boarded flight outside Houston and I am always happy with there service. Ease of reservation on there app. Easy upgradation to covered parking. Good connecting buses to Airport terminal every 5-10 minutes. You are always greeted with happy face and a water bottle and newspaper. Once I had missed my flight and was given flight on next day, they helped me out of this situation.
