This is the first time I've used FinerWorks, and I couldn't be more pleased with how my custom orders turned out. This company also provides excellent customer service; I'm especially grateful to Brandy Hill in Customer Care for her responsiveness to my concerns, and the diligence with which she followed up to ensure my important deadline was met, despite an unexpected delay in the original projected ship date for my order. I will definitely order again.

They had quick and easy service! I needed my art printed for a show and they were able to get a big order ready within a few days for pick up. There was a minor mistake with some stickers in my order but the front desk workers were very nice and offered to fix it free of charge! I recommend finerworks to artists looking for quick and quality prints! Great customer service too!

Just opened my first package of cards and prints of my own original art work and I am ecstatic. Even with photographing my work with just my iPhone camera, the quality and detail is exquisite - I honestly thought to myself, "These look better than the originals! ". I am so excited to have these to sell at an upcoming maker's market. I feel confident the quality will speak for itself. Will 100% use again!

I sent a few small paintings to test as cards. I was absolutely amazed at the perfection. The paper, inks.precise and beautiful work! The quality is excellent and the look is so realistic you almost believe they are originals.

Not sure how there are so many great reviews here. I have ordered with FinerWorks countless times and spent thousands of dollars with them. Not only have they messed up my orders so many times but I think what has really made me never want to work with them again, is their terrible customer service. It says a lot about a company who is not willing to help you or fix their mistakes.

Customer service cant ot just won’t do ANYTHING to help you and really do not care about the customer at all & the amount of issues I have had is absurd. Half the time my prints have come messed up - they’ve added color adjustments I deliberately turned off during the order process, they’ve cropped my images wrong, I ordered hundreds of cards & the printer ran out of ink half way through or they forgot to even print on any of the backs of cards, prints have come with dents or folds, the timing is never reliable even when you pay for 1-2 day shipping…. The issues are endless.

I’ve tried to be understanding and give them chance after chance but every single time I have reached out to customer service for help they have coldly told me “nothing we can do” and you can tell they just do not care at all. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER treat clients this way.

I'm a photographer and have just started recently delving into watercolor. I decided to try this place and was hoping for a high quality print job for greeting cards using some of my photographs, and images of my watercolors. They exceeded my expectations! First off it's rare to find a place that will A) do fine art printing for greeting cards at all, and B) do them in small quantities or even just one if you want that. That in and of itself is a great find. Beyond that, however, their customer service is excellent - they were responsive to my questions and very helpful in their explanations. It may take a half a day or a day for them to get back to you, but they always do and when they do their support is excellent. Finally, and the most important thing, the cards look spectacular. I was very very pleased with the finished product. Highly recommend these folks!

I ordered “test” prints from a number of different print shops about 2 years ago, and the ones from Finerworks were by far the best. So since then have used them exclusively. I mostly order 9x12 and 12x 16 prints on heavy archival paper, and 5x7 folded notecards. Always top quality. Customer service responds very quickly via email.

I love Finerworks for their quality of product and ease of ordering. They understand the needs the artists and have set up a platform that supports us as entrepreneurs.

Found this business online and placed an online order to be shipped. I am blown away by the quality of the print I was sent. The colors really pop off the page. I had requested torn edges that also came out great. Shipping was fast and the print was packaged professionally. I would 100% use this business again to print artwork.

This company stinks. I run an Etsy shop selling art prints and I’ve run into so many issues. The most recent incident, my print was delivered to my customer with dents in it so I reached out to customer service and they told me I had to have the customer “destroy” the print by ripping it up or crossing it off with a black marker to “make sure it won’t get used”. Umm, it has legit dents in it, who’s using that? Never have a been more mortified to reach out and have to ask my customer to do that. I’ve had to do it twice. The only reason I haven’t switched companies sooner is because it’s completely inconvenient for me to have to start all over but at this point I’m truly fed up. I have over 20k followers in Instagram and counting, their loss.

I love working with these nice people. I have delt with them about issues on getting my artwork printed and they have went out of their way to make me happy. I highly recommend this website and place.

Great business that really fills that niche need for quality printing and framing services. They did amazing work on a picture and frame job I needed for an anniversary present to my wife.

A smudge in one of my prints. Other than that. The quality of work that comes out finer works is good.

They never disappoint! I have an event this saturday
(I found out over the weekend about it) and while respecting their 1-3 day turn around time and knowing their load may be heavy. I knew I was taking a chance by ordering on monday morning but I really could bot bring myself to not use them. Man, let me tell you. They made it happen and I can not thank them enough for their hard work and excellent customer service. I am telling you they go above and beyond! Thank you!

As an intermediate level photographer, I originally used FinerWorks on a recommendation for my clients. But my review comes from my most recent experience, because it really shows what great customer service *actually* is.

My husband's family experienced a very unexpected loss of a young loved one, and wanted quality canvas prints for the memorial. I placed an order Friday, around 3pm Memorial Day Weekend. I called right before closing time to ask if my images would be ready in time. I can't remember the name of the woman I spoke with, but she explained that due to the holiday, there was a chance my order might not arrive in time, but she would do her best to make sure that didn't happen.
The next business day, Tuesday - I emailed to cancel my order as I just didn't want to risk not getting them in time. But.not only did the prints arrive the next morning- earlier than expected, I later found a very kind reply email letting me know that my order had been rushed and I could expect it by the end of the day.

Of course, The prints turned out stunning as always! Honestly, I don't think we could have hoped for anything better to showcase the beautiful life we are memorializing.

I am so beyond appreciative and pleased with this experience, I will never take my business elsewhere.

I use Finerworks for Gliclee printing of all of my artwork as well as the occasional postcard batch. They are so great at what they do! They have wonderful customer service and ship things out quickly even when their demand is high. Everything they’ve shipped has arrived in a very protected and high quality shipping container/tube. I’m grateful for the quality they’ve brought to printing my digital artwork and I won’t ever go back to printing my own again. My commissions have improved since starting to utilize their services.
