I found Finest Cleaning three years ago, and but for a couple months in 2020, I have been a regular, monthly customer.

Every aspect of the work is consistent, from communicating arrival time to being there when they say they’re going to be. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the work is done quickly and thoroughly. They’re also wonderfully patient when my dog runs off with their towels.

I chose this company based on reviews and expected a better professional and cleaning experience. I booked moving clean out and carpet cleaning services.

The owner Caio reached out to me at least four separate times asking to move up my appointment day and time. I think he may have overbooked his calendar but I let him know each time that I'm moving and the appointment I booked is the earliest I could commit to but he kept asking. Then on the day of, he asked to move the appointment time up. I declined and the cleaning crew showed up early anyways.

Moving is stressful enough as it is without having the extra pressure of trying to get it done faster because a business overbooked their calendar.

Then they missed a lot of things cleaning and Caio blamed it on their carpet crew when it was clearly things missed by their cleaning crew. I ended up having to come back the next day at 8am for them to clean the things they missed.

Based on my experience, I will not use this company again and do not recommend.

I needed a move out clean last minute and Finest Cleaning Service was able to get me scheduled the same week. They also were nice about cleaning around us as we moved things out. The house is now immaculate and the cleaners were super kind and helpful. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would start using them on a regular basis.
