7 Customer service from the manager and the manager only! Made me wait in line while he finished talking to someone who was already paying with another cashier. Then finally decided to help me. He got annoyed that I did not want the shoe cleaner and more annoyed when I answered no one the keypad for a question he asked. He got even more annoyed when he asked where we got my sons shoes.
I’m ok with waiting, I’m a patient person but his attitude made it worse. I was extremely disappointed in this experience and will remain a footlocker customer from now on. I feel really bad for the employees that actually were respectful that day.
Ryan went above and beyond for us! When they didn’t have my shoe size he referred us to the website, and was very patient with us since the website took forever to load. Ultimately he found the shoe I wanted in my size at another location and called ahead and had them hold it for us. Thanks Ryan for such great service!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in yesterday for Father’s Day, was not greeted not one associate in sight and until a girl walked by me which I asked for a size got a NASTY look, and once I went to check out I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to cash me out a guy with a bun and beard had a mad face didn’t even get my account info as if I was the one disturbing him, never again finish line you lost me as a customer I’ll be going elsewhere to do my shoe shopping. Also, either they need to get new employees or management needs to step in.
Bad customer service. Employees are hardly any help and the managers are probably worse. They don’t help you or even try to come up with a solution. Apart from never having any sizes, the environment sucks. Manager with a manbun was rude and no help at all.
I loved this place because it had shoes that I had actually liked and they had my size in white air forces that my sister got and I loved it because they had great employees who knew what they were doing
Went to shop some kicks for my kids. And this worker named Joshua was talking loud using the N word and using all kinds of profanity will never be stepping in that store again. Probably all the 1 star reviews about customer service must be about him. People be aware of this place you want your kids learning some curse words well this is the spot to come. Worst costumer service and poor management for letting this Joshua run his mouth like that. As long as that kid is working there I'm not stepping there again. I recommend stay away from this store. 00000 stars
