Finish Line, San Antonio TX

I got some Adidas that was $180 but on sale for $110! I don't like Adidas but for that price I do. They are very comfortable as they feel so good on my feet.

The packed store was full of employees yet only one register was open. (on a Saturday) I stood in line for a good while and when I FINALLY got to the front I asked the worker to order me a pair of socks. He asked if he could ring up the man behind me 1st because it would take a min to order my socks and the man only had 1 item (which turned out not to be true. He had a few items behind the reg) I said ok and after he started to ring the man out he walked away and put another guy on register. I got so frustrated that I tossed a pack of socks that I was already going to purchase aside and walked out. Lazy and rude!

The store needs to be rearranged it seems like it's crowded when it's not even full of people

They didn't have what I wanted but service was great they checked at other stores and offered other shoes

Angelica is the most rude employee I have ever met. Horrible experience. Trying to argue with a customer in the store. How embarrassing.

I actually didn't purchase anything. I will say that the selection of shoes to purchase was amazing though. I just went in to look around.

Also if you call to ask for a shoe they’ll hang up after they say they’re looking for the shoe

How's a 69 year old man, supposed to get any walking & exercise with tennis shoes at 180.00 a pop!

I`m 5`7 & 225 lbs, not a big guy but not small either. So, why is it that no can see me every time I walk in to this Finishline? Ive been a rewards member since it first started! It wasn't like this but it has been for a long time now. No one wants to sell me shoes. Customer service is non existent, at least for me. I `ve over spent on shoes, for sure. This is why I now buy online, while it still benefits the company it doesn't do the store associates any favors.

Had a good experience my son wanted some Air Force Ones white there were the last pair but he still needed to get his money so he held them for him even though somebody else wanted them. He could have EASILY! Sold it to them but he literally did save it for him we came back 15 minutes later and he still had them I give him credit thank you and God bless

Ordered shoes at the store that they said were available. I paid cash and 2 days later they canceled my order and on top of that they didn't want to give me a refund till 10 days later I had to wait for a check so ridiculous.wouldn't give it 1 star bit that's not optional
