8This is the worst store I've ever shopped in.the employees are a bunch of kids that you can't take seriously.the manager bethany is absolutely incompetent.i bought nike shoes there for over 300 dollars on friday.on saturday the nike logo on a pair of shoes already fell off.when i drove 50 miles to the store on sunday to complain about the shoe i was told to contact nike! Because of a shoe? Seriously. You cannot exchange the shoe because it has already been worn.i could have worn the shoe so hard that the nike logo fell off.a sports shoe? ! In one day? ! I'm not even sure if it's original goods that are sold there. I had the shoe appraised in another shop.the same shoe is produced there in china and my shoe from the shop is from bangladesh.and the shoes that this "shop" sells are obviously badly made. I can only warn everyone to buy there!
Was Impressed by the Service I Received Today From Bethany.
She Was Very Helpful & Answered All of my Questions.

Came in looking for Nike shoes. Not much variety available both in store and online. Would suggest to have it as last option while looking for purchase.
Now and days the shoes that come out aren't the best like old times but they still do for the sneaker heads
I bought two pairs of Nike at this location two weeks ago. I wore one pair (Vista Lite, Color Magic Amber) TWICE and it didn’t fit right. The fabric that it was made from bulged out at the sides. Mind you this is obviously a manufacturer issue. I attempted to return the shoe, explained to Amiya the cashier that the fabric didn’t lend it itself to looking beautiful. She blatantly told me that the discretion was hers whether to accept the shoe or not and she would not return it because it was worn more than once and therefore could not be cleaned. She further continued that would have to damage it out and she’s done enough of that already at 1: 15 on a Sunday. I explained to her that I could’ve cleaned the shoe before returning it but because I believe in honesty I wouldn’t. She used the little authority she had in a shoe store and said no. I’m just saying it could be a myriad of things why she chose to tell a paying customer (it’s not her store or her money) no in such a condescending manner. If the possibility exists that I could give this store a zero I would.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have my size and offered to order it and ship it for me. Above and beyond, rare these days
I have mixed feelings about this place. I used to shop at Finishline religiously. However, when I went to this location it seemed like they were price gouging. I went there during the holidays and making notes as to where to shop, and for whom. Needless to say, I was sticker shocked at the prices I saw. It seemed to be more expensive there, than their location in the mall in Austin. I doubt I will return because nothing grabbed me.
