We had a great dinner last week and the pizza was amazing, So much so that we decided to order a pizza to take home. This week after waiting 45 minutes for a pizza- it looked like day old pizza, tough crust and seemed like it had been sitting in the window for at least 30 minutes. I'm so disappointed. Apparently, there is no quality control in the kitchen. We won't be back.

It’s a shame that the level of quality has been so disappointing. I have never bought a pizza from a restaurant that thinks in any manner this is acceptable to allow a customer to take this home. Shameful. Also don’t try to call the # they provide. It does not work. What business gives an invalid phone #? I should have used my better judgement and ordered from Jets.

Always outstanding food, staff and atmosphere. Very authentic. Attention to detail is paramount with them. Such a great place. They make you feel like family. Spencer is the best!

What a wonderful place! Our server, Maddie, was so cheerful & attentive. She’s the best.
The food is exceptional. When they started with the incredible complimentary scratch-made bread, we knew we were in for a real treat. We split a Caesar salad, which was plenty for the two of us. My wife said it was the best Caesar she’s ever had. The in-house scratch-made pasta is fantastic. We tried a simple classic fettuccine alfredo with chicken added. They did it again… this simple dish was the very best chicken fettuccine alfredo we’ve ever had. Shrimp Scampi, one of the featured specials, was amazing as well.

It used to be our favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Today it was very disappointing to see another menu. Even my 6 yo didn’t like the pasta.
We asked if there was another owner because everything was so different, the menu, the quality even the amount of food, big portions less quality.

I am sorry about whatever happened. It cannot be considered a traditional Italian restaurant anymore.

The only thing hasn’t changed yet is the great and kind service!

We had our office Christmas party at Fiori's last night, and the experience was INCREDIBLE! Renee is the *BEST* hands down. She took great care of us that evening and made my staff feel welcomed. It was their first time coming and they really loved it. Great food, wine, and atmosphere. I could not ask for more! We will tell all the local businesses that we work with to get a reservation ASAP. Thank you Fiori for creating an awesome holiday experience for us.

A friend brought food for our office staff and it was horrible! The lasagna tasted like imitation meat; the fettuccini was dry and only had enough chicken for 2-3 people in a pan of dry pasta 12x20;1/2 the bread was burned; but the salad was ok. When brought to the attention of the manager he was rude and snarky! Please give another restaurant in Flower Mound/Highland Village your business. Do Not Recommend!

Renee was the bomb! She asked the kitchen to make a charcuterie board, and it was to die for! Love her

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was checking the reviews for this place, and most of them were positive. We ordered two appetizers, and the bruschetta mix was terrible—fried in oil and did not taste good whatsoever. Then we ordered three different entrees, and all of them were awful. My daughter really likes lasagna, but this lasagna she could not eat. The same with my over-fried chicken and uncooked risotto plus, my whole plate with risotto and chicken was basically swimming in nasty oil. A bottle of wine cost $52, which is basically $7 in value. This place is overpriced with not good food. Additionally, our table was so close to another table that I could feel the person behind me next to my shoulder. It was also very, very noisy!

Renee was amazing! She was so sweet and explained the menu, specials, and desserts. Our food was fantastic and we will definitely be back again. The atmosphere was perfect and the food came out quick, was perfectly warm and fresh. The bruschetta board was phenomenal and the ricotta cavatelli was the best pasta I have had. Definitely recommend. Ask for Renee:)

We have always loved coming here for date nights! The staff is incredibly friendly, respectful, and the food has always been fantastic. Reneè took great care of us this evening and we can’t wait to go back!

Great small spot in flower mound, but recent visit the food esp.the HH apps were lacking. On previous visits had the pasta and chicken dishes which were great for the area, but the HH visit the food was just.not good- skewers were really tough amd brushetta was weirdly cold and warm at the same time. Again could just be an off selection as the other visits were much more impressive. Staff fairly friendly for early hours, amd seemed to be getting busy at departure. Will try the dinner menu again in the future

Renee was awesome with the recommendations and specials, and of course the service! Calamari was aaaaamazing. Also loved the neon moon cocktail and the chicken piccata with risotto! Came here for date night and will definitely be coming back.

Renee was an amazing server, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Her service on top of great food and drinks makes this a go to spot if you’re in the area. We will be coming back.

The food is average. Some of the anti-pasta was prepared incorrectly. How is a plate of quartered tomatoes a caprese salad? I don't normally comment on service because there are many factors that can contribute to a sub-par experience. However, it was spotty, at best, on a Saturday night during peak hours. Extra staff would be my recommendation. Not impressed enough to come back again soon.

Absolutely amazing! Peyton was our server and she was fantastic. We got the bruschetta sampler that was so good. And everything after that was spot on perfect! Everyone should try this restaurant!
