Love my new blinds. Good quality work and good value. I definitely recommend this company.

First off, quality of blinds is poor, for the money you are paying. Second, it takes way too long to get the installation, like 3-4 months. Finally, they are not sturdy enough; my kid broke one of the cords two weeks after installation. No warranty on that.

Billy came and measured all of the windows in the front of the house, gave me a quote. I also had him measure the primary bedroom for a future date, but then decided to go ahead and do all of them based on their very competitive/reasonable prices. Billy took the time to explain how the shutters would work, how dividing them allowed for maximum light when desired and almost total darkness when closed. He worked with me on colors and trim packages…there was a lot more to this than I initially thought. He took the time, was patient with me with all my questions, and we placed the order. Due to supply chain issues, it took a few months to get the shutters in and installed, but absolutely positively worth the wait. They came out amazing! I cannot say enough about how professional the entire experience was, the attention to detail, the perfection when installing and finally, making sure I was satisfied with the finished product by reaching out! Customer service A+ and product satisfaction A+! Thank you to the whole team and I’ll be placing another order very soon to finish out the balance of the house!
