Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage, Austin TX

They took care to wrap my furniture, didn't hit any walls, and placed everything where I asked them too. They also carried cases of water in my car as at 66 yrs. I'm not strong enough to do that myself. They were incredibly respectful and took great care to make certain I understood every page I was signing. I would definitely call them again.

The driver of one of the trucks decided to take a u-turn in the middle of 71 and run myself and another driver off the road. I called the main office and was told a manager would call me back. This never happened. I was with my 3 yo at the time, and nothing bothers me more then when the safety of my daughter is threatened.

I can confidently say that this company deserves a five-star rating! When things didn't go as planned, Mr. Chaz came to my rescue and provided the assistance I needed. Not only he was friendly and kind, but he also showed great care towards me and my dogs. When an unexpected accident occurred, he quickly fixed the problem, and not only was my grandfather clock repaired the very next day, but my dogs also adore him now. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family because of him! Thank You, Chaz!

Andrew helped me get everything set up. Garrett and his team of 2 others helped with the move. They moved us in RECORD time. They were extremely professional and careful to take care of all of our belongings. They were extra helpful and helped us set up our bedframe! They were happy to add a couple of extra belongings to the truck, as well helped rearrange stuff when we unloaded it into our new place. I have moved quite a bit, and will DEFINITELY be using them again! Thanks so much y’all!

I moved from Kyle, TX to Georgetown, TX. I hired Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage. My crew was great, friendly, and asked questions when needed. If I have to move again, I will reach out to them again. Oh, listen to your customer service person if they say you need 2 trucks. You don't realize the amount of boxes and how large your furniture is until it has to fit in a 26ft truck.

After using this company I would never recommend them. I had many items stolen. I read with interest another review from a person who had a gun bag without guns stolen from the facility she moved the bag from - the response from the owner was it was illegal to store ammo in storage units. I believe if that had been the thinking the stolen items would have been returned to the manager of the storage unit not stolen by the movers. Theft is theft no matter how you paint it! Terrible company - don't take chances with them.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Firefighting's Finest's entire team. We had a large international move and everyone that I dealt with were courteous and professional. They took great care in packing and loading our household goods and also were right in line with the estimate given. I would definitely recommend their services!

Jay, Shawn, and Justin were absolutely amazing. Fast and hard working in + 100° weather. They had our stuff moved in 4 hours with great communication. I will only go through this company again when I relocate here in Austin. Highly recommend. THANKS GUYS!
