Firehouse Heating and Air, Rockwall TX

I couldn’t ask for more!
Being that I was in hvac in most all of my career before retiring, I am very hard to please because I know what to look for most of the time.
This is the first company/contractor that I have used since moving to Texas 8+ years ago that I am 100% pleased and satisfied. Bryan came to look over what we had to quote 2 replacement furnaces and air conditioners. It was expensive and I knew it would be but I feel Bryan was very professional and honest and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Then the installation crew came and they were actually 3 minutes early instead of late like most. The whole crew was so very friendly and respectful of not only our home but us also. Never did they show the slightest sign of annoyance when I would ask a question.
The only thing I am upset about is that I didn’t find them sooner. I never knew how good an a/c could work. Thought my old ones were working ok but now I know they weren’t.
I also had them install a UV light/electrostatic filter. My wife has issues with sinus problems and can smell any smells and is very hard to please because of that. The first thing she said when she walked into the house was the house smells so fresh. Wow!
The last thing was the installation supervisor, before he left, looked over the install. One of the condensing units was about 1/2” off square with the house. With my OCD, I had already saw that but thought I would square it up after they left. Nope, he squared it up before I had a chance to.
What’s really reassuring also is 100% of the problems with my old system that I knew were there, they mentioned and corrected with the new install before I even said anything.
I was telling my daughter all of this and her comment was, if everyone only knew how hard it is for anyone to get this kind of praise from me. Actually true though.
So very professional! Thank you to everyone involved!
Edit/Additional information.: just got our weekly energy usage notification. After only 2 weeks after installation, it looks like our energy bill has already dropped almost 50% with the 17.2 seer system that they installed. Even happier now.

Paul was AMAZING. He worked so hard and for so long trying to fix our system, and when he couldn’t, gave us straightforward, fair options. Customers for life.

A/C checkup. Paul did a fantastic job checking everything and explaining everything to me. I really appreciate his service.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn't turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional - even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.

I heard about Firehouse Heating and Air from a really reliable technician friend of mine, and I’m so glad I went with them for our new unit. Everyone from the receptionist, the owner (Wesley), and the crew (we had Juan’s & team) were beyond professional. The team was very responsive to any questions we had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know in need of an amazing company.

Jordan arrived on time, was very courteous and was careful about cleanliness throughout the process. He discovered that there was a problem with my vent system and spent an additional two hours to correct it by installing a proper connector. I highly recommend Jordan and the Firehouse company.

Knowledge on problem and fix was excellent and repaired my furnace with minor repairs and cleaning. I had previously called another company who told me my unit was working properly when it wasn’t. I was very satisfied and happy with firehouse heating and cooling and their courteous service.

They quickly responded to my call when I needed a repair. Both guys that came out were very courteous and very professional. They explained what needed to be done and the costs and everything involved. The work was great and everything looks amazing and they cleaned up before they left. I will use them again.

Best experience I have ever had with any home service HVAC company. From engineering, design, old system removal and new installation, Bryan and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respectful of my home. Their recommendations were spot on and I got an incredible new complete A/C and heat furnace installed without feeling pressured in any way. In addition, the service work was absolutely "White glove" service. Bryan ensured that he and his team would complete the install and clean up as if they had never been there. Review: Called this morning and asked to receive a quote for an HVAC replacement, they said they could arrive between 3-5PM, great. They messaged around 2: 45PM saying their tech would be out, so I let them know that we had contractors working (unrelated to HVAC) who should be leaving by about 3: 05PM, we are having a roof installed. I also let them know that we were shopping around for quotes from other HVAC companies because I wanted to be transparent. At no point did I say not to come as the other contractors wouldn't even be in their way, I just let them know as a courtesy. Never heard back, never got a call, no text reply, nothing. I text them at about 5PM to get an update and see when they would arrive and they replied about ten minutes later saying they were declining my business. That's absolutely fine, I'd rather do business with companies that communicate with their customers and don't leave them hanging during a scheduled appointment.

Great business, and great people! Would absolutely recommend them. They have gotten us out of a pinch a couple of times now when it was least convenient (winter storm, holiday weekend). Quick and honest service. On one occasion, I submitted a work ticket very late at night, and heard something back before sunrise the next morning. They’re on top of things. Thank y’all!
