This was a great experience we needed an emergency repair and Alex came to our rescue up on completion of a roof inspection and adjustment of a vent cover we were able to turn on our hot water heater which we had not had hot water for a week. Alex was a real blessing.

Great communication, stayed on task. A fine "assembly line" for keeping the project running smoothly. Highly recommend! Now, just waiting for the gutters.

Alex helped us today in a moment of panic. We had a new water heater installed, but it was not venting correctly and the contractor could not leave it on till the cap on the vent was raised up. Replacing a roof is one of the toughest jobs out there. The men and ladies from Firehouse did a great job on the roof and the cleanup was terrific. They stayed after dark to make sure everything was done and a few of them came back the next morning to make sure. Definitely five stars.

Contacted Firehouse roofing for a "roof check". The following morning, Alex arrived timely. He thoroughly checked the roof and informed us he did not find any issues; however, a few nails, not on the shingles, were raised". He suggested a fix and immediately stated he would come back and take care of this. He showed up and took care of the issue. Great service, indeed.
