After a couple failed claims with the insurance company, a friend referred me to Firehouse Roofing. Eric and Zane promptly investigated our roof, helped me create a new claim with just the right wording, and met with the roof inspector a few days later. It seems that getting insurance approval is as random as the inspector they send because this particular inspector saw significant damage and not just from the latest storm so approved the replacement.

Firehouse guided me through the repair process, material selections and options, detailed payment process, and project schedule. The roofing crew arrived on-time and worked tirelessly over two days to strip and re-roof our house doing a MUCH better job than the original builder. I opted for replacing our passive vents with fewer active solar-powered vents to eliminate the heat buildup we’ve had in our attic areas. Firehouse plugged old vent holes, installed more resilient color-matching vent boots and caps, and care was taken to ensure a completely water-tight installation (I’d previously had a few leaks). The crew was so professional, courteous, hard-working, and fast – and there was no corner-cutting on materials or nails used and no sloppy workmanship.

As with any project, accidents can happen. A landscape tree and coach light were damaged during the project. However, job Project Manager, Diego, quickly assumed responsibility and assured it would be taken care of. As an identical light could not immediately be found, Firehouse will just deduct the cost for our chosen replacement from the final bill (same for the tree). BTW, dealing with Diego was a pleasure. He remained on site throughout the roof job, answered my many installation questions along the way and even hopped on the roof himself to make sure the job was done right (instead of disappearing to do other things like some other company’s PMs do). Another critique is that sweeping for nails and debris could have been a little better. I did manage to find a couple big handfuls of nails and screws with my own magnetic sweeping after the crews were gone.

Within a day of the roof replacement, Firehouse called to schedule the gutter replacement. The guttering crew arrived – again on-time as promised. This crew was also amazing. Just three of them cranked out the fabrication and installation of a complete gutter system in about two and a half hours! But again, no cutting corners or shoddy installation, they were just experienced, fast, and proficient.

In spite of the mentioned hiccups, I wholeheartedly recommend Firehouse and will GLADLY call them again if/when needed. Knowledgeable sales guys, working with our insurance company, detailed pricing with no later surprises, accurate and timely communication throughout the project, a dedicated PM on site who actually stays on site and monitors the job, talented and professional crews who show up when I was told they would, and a company that stands behind the quality of their work covering any damages that may occur. I can’t really ask for much more.

I just had Jake from Firehouse Roofing come out to assess my roof damage. Jake was beyond exceptional! He did a great job of explaining in detail everything I need. He even spoke to my insurance company to help me file a claim. What a load taken off my shoulders! I will be telling everyone about how great Firehouse Roofing is!

Andrew came out in the rain and inspected our buildings for any needed roof repairs. He was very thorough starting his inspection in the attic (brilliant…never had another roofer do that) and then continuing to the exterior. He provided lots of pictures of items he found but thankfully the roof was in good shape. Firehouse Roofing has done an outstanding job training Andrew and I can tell they operate with the highest ethics. When (and we know it is when and not if) I need roof repairs completed, I will be using Andrew and Firehouse Roofing.

I had a leak in my ceiling and Firehouse was able to come the same day to resolve the issue. The 2 gentlemen were extremely professional and thorough in their review. I was more than pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jake Arledge came out gave competitive price and was very professional and explained material to be used.
Doug came out during construction day made onsite walk thru prior to stating replacement of roof and after completion.
Jake made follow up visit to make sure I was satisfied which I was. Base on the price, material and the Professional work ethics of Jake, Doug and the roofing crew. I would highly recommend Firehouse Roofing to install new or replace any future roofs

Andrew my was the best! He was on time, professional, and did an excellent job on my roof. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was also very responsive to my questions and concerns. I am so happy with my new roof and would definitely use Andrew again in the future.

I had a long existing roof leak that no one can identify the root cause. Andrew came out and proposed a solution. He was meticulous in explaining the issue and the work to correct it. He went above and beyond and identify other issues. I was impressed and recommend them for any roofing work.

I had Bradley come out and do an inspection on my roof to see if we needed a replacement! He was the most professional and straight forward salesmen I’ve ever felt with! Instead of trying to upsell me he told me exactly what I needed done and ensured me I didn’t need a brand new roof, but that I just needed a few fixes! I cant recommend Firehouse Enough. Skyler did the inspection and was very thorough and honest. We recommend them to our friends and family and just about anyone who asks about roofing. They come highly recommended for their ability to quickly come out and assess and get the job done. Stop looking for a roofing business and just call Firehouse already!

Zane is the man. Zane performed a roof inspection on my home after I found a partial shingle on my lawn. He was very friendly and transparent. Definitely recommend firehouse roofing.

We used Firehouse Roofing for roof replacement from hail damage. Alex and Paul were great from start to finish. They helped us understand the materials, answered questions, were there to help with the insurance appraisal, and never pressured us into buying or signing anything until we were ready to move forward. The crew that did the replacement was on time, professional, worked quickly, and did a great job with cleaning up. Our roof looks great, and we did not have to do our own clean up after the job like many of our neighbors who used other companies had to do. During and after the job, Alex and Paul checked in to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction and continued to follow up well after the project was completed to ensure we were satisfied and there were no issues that came up. This company is a "well oiled machine". Very coordinated and efficient. Thr project manager Diego Perla took care of all the details and was on top of the crew. In the end you cold not tell how much work had taken place. Very good cleanup.

Following the inspection, he thoroughly explained his findings and presented options and pricing to correct issues that he found.
