The only experience I have with this business is a 'contact us' from their website. I asked them a simple question. Crickets. They don't respond.

$250 cleaning scheduled, they showed up and said it didn't need it. Tried to charge us $195 for the 5 minute inspection instead. They spent more time trying to get the card reader to connect than they did inspecting

We have been looking for someone with the expertise to address our issues and now we have. Very patient staff and they listen. Very happy with them.

Very professional, got the job, gave tips on how to make this winter better on the chimney. They done and we’re gone in no time which was great. Thanks

Very knowledgeable and friendly, I was wanting a wood burning stove for my mobile home as they do professional install. Will definitely be buying one soon they these guys

Went all over the place looking for a replacement knob. Went to fireplace etc after googling and I walked in and one of the employees pulled one out of his bag and said her ya go. Would not accept anything. GREAT customer service I'll back when I need service for my fireplace thanks

We paid 1/2 for unit. Once flooring in scheduled delivery. Delivered and decided two men couldn’t handle it. Left and set up again for install, returned stating would not do work w/o payment first. Left. Rescheduled. They had the wrong day. Called and told em to pick up unit and bring a check. We would give a lower rating but not available. Dusty never apologized or try to help. Disgusted.

Once the part for our linear fireplace was received, installers were able to fix our unit in less than an hour. Ready for some cold weather now. Thanks Fireplace Etc.

I ordered a new set of glass doors for my fireplace through this company. My shipment arrived faster than I expected and it was installed quickly and properly. Would highly recommend this company. Every employee I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional.

Rating as low as possible because I emailed them for help a year ago, they never responded and had the Gaul to ask me for a rating today.

I love the gas logs and especially the "coals" underneath. This was the best thing we did as an enjoyable improvement! Thank you, Fireplace, Etc.

We got our gas fireplace installed in 2008. They did a beautiful job. It is still working perfectly and looks just like a real fireplace without the work.

We have used Fireplaces ETC for several projects and have always been very pleased with their knowledge, promptness, and courtesy. Highly recommend.

We had one of our fireplaces serviced from Westside Fireplace and Grill and they did beyond what I was expecting. The fireplace turned out nicer than I’ve ever seen it look in 15 years. And yes we’ve had it serviced before. They cleaned everything, replaced the logs perfectly so the flame is beautiful. I definitely recommend them for fireplace service. So we had them come service our second fireplace and it turned out just as great. Now we will schedule to have our grill serviced.

I reached out to them in 2017 for a quote on a remodel. I left repeated messages. I called often and at different times. I even had one of our contractor friends reach out for us (he got in touch with a person not a machine). Even after all that we never heard a single word from them. Now it’s 2022 and they have the audacity to email me and request a “good review. ” LMMFAO— You got jokes. You got my email too. So, obviously if you wanted my business you had my contact information. Never used it until now. Sheesh.

They came to do a free estimate on installing a fireplace in my manufactured home. Very courteous and professional.
