Firestone Complete Auto Care, Abilene TX

When I came in I was greeted almost instantly. I needed an affordable tire replacement. I opted out of a temporary fix and bought a new tire. They had me in, out and back the road within an hour!

Billye and the staff were very helpful. He helped me pick out the right tire for my application and gave me a great deal. The service was fast and courteous. I don't plan on doing business with any other tire store.

Took a while to complete but they are open on Sundays and prices seemed fair. They forgot to return my tire tool but called and informed me. They were a week plus late on mailing it but I had a friend swing by. Staff was very friendly.

Great service and very competitive prices. Great deals on tires. Billy the manager is very professional and courteous. Will go the extra mile to get you the deal that best suits your needs. Recommend his Firestone location for all your automotive needs. Billy and his staff of technicians outstanding, well run location. Will you definitely go back for next vehicle maintenance. I've used this Firestone location for almost 15 yrs. Billye, Doug, and their team are always so pleasant and courteous. They look out for their customers. They remind me about available coupons that are online. This location is one block from where I work. It makes it convenient for me to drop off my car, go to work, and wait for them to call me when my car is ready. Keep up the good work!

I work not far from Firestone and Doug has always helped me for 4+ years on all my vehicles that i have had. He always took care of the vehicle it self and checked additional things for my safety. My Red Camaro had a master cylinder leak and he pointed it out for me.i bought it brand new at Lawrence Hall and also had 3 or 4 Oil changes from Lawrence hall and they didnt say anything last time and i brought it in to Firestone (Thank you Jesus) and Doug Caught it and since i still had the warranty, it got taking care of. Now i have a Buick Enclave and Doug is looking it over for me now. And i love the staff. If you have babies and little ones and want to feel safe.let these guys on Pine and 6th look at your car.

I have purchased tires and other things from them in the past
However today I had an issue with my daughters van and I took it in to have it looked at and most places do not charge for a look but because I decided not to have the work done there (because of a high estimate) they charged me a fee for a free look

I am currently stranded across the street from the Firestone I ask the guys if someone could step out quickly and check my car with the OBD2 engine check device. I offered to leave my driver's license if they would let me borrow it but he said he only had one technician there but I saw two people in the back so I guess Firestone doesn't really care because I'm sitting here stranded across the street from them and no one can come and hook my car up to the OBD2 it takes less than 10 minutes probably less than 5

Spoke to Doug on the phone. He was condescending the entire conversation. Will not be going back to Firestone. I also had problems with the one of Buffalo Gap two months ago.

Super service for a stranded traveler! One of my new tires was ruined on Interstate 20 when I was 200 miles from home and 150 miles from my destination. Facing a time crunch, I randomly picked this place to handle my Road Hazard warranty. Manager, Billy Brown, not only had the odd sized tire required by my limited edition sports car, but he also appreciated my need to get back on the road quickly. He had me back on my route in a matter of minutes. This will be my favorite Abilene "pit stop" and I am happy to recommend both the office team and the working guys in the back.

Early bird gets the worm applies to the stores in abilene. Their not lacking business that's for sure. First rate service and customer relations at the one on pine st.

The tall black guy that works the front counter, the person you actually interact with. Complained and moaned about their computer system the entire time I was trying to "check in. "

Look, I have a fleet vehicle and have been to numerous Firestone complete auto care, and no one has ever complained about such everyday run-of-the-mill stuff as this clown. He finally got help from one of the mechanics, who had my work order ready to go in a mater of Seconds. I love Firestone complete auto care, but this employee doesn't seem to be at their standard of quality.

I go to this store for all my auto needs. I can't remember the black gentleman's name but he is so down to earth. He treats customers like old friends. He's the reason I go to this location. I highly recommend this store

This location is extremely slow, i was the 1st vehicle here when they opened at 7am, they tried working on 5 vehicles at a time and mine was not done til after 11am

This team at the Firestone on Pine street has been amazing. They worked with my financial situation so that I had enough to cover needed repair and my bills. They also told me approximate deadlines for other items needed for my car and that allowed me to budget for them. I am thouroughly impressed with these qualities. It's hard to find honest mechanics and salespeople but at this location Billye and his team were genuine and actually CARED. I am so thankful for these caring workers.
