Ok, someone told me to bring my vehicle here. My car was going to the right, and was told it needed a wheel alignment. So I'm thinking that's what they did. Well it's still doing the same thing. I thought they had fixed the problem, but looks like it's getting worse. I just took this car in 2 weeks ago. If something was wrong they should have told me that. So I paid for them to check it. Is it really being done though

What a sloppily run business. Set an appointment for 8am next morning but their manager calls me same day to tell me they do not have the time slot available as they have many cars before me. He seemed careless when I asked why this is incorrect.

Tried to charge me for additional repairs I didn't need on 2 different occasions and lied to me about it when I confronted them. Made me wait an additional hour and a half when they told me they would have my car ready to go in 15 min. Waited 2 days initially with no phone calls or updates. Overall I thought it was a good place, but they will take advantage of people when they see an opportunity.

Timeliness did not seem to fair well. Called beforehand to see how long it would take to get an inspection just told the 45 minutes showed up within 10 minutes of calling and everything seemed fine however an hour later and I followed up to see how much longer. I was told 20 more minutes and in total ended up spending two hours waiting.

They're crooks & thieves. They will rip you off for every penny they can get. Do not go there! I requested specific work done and yet they still did more than I approved & expected payment.

I stopped here to get an oil change, but the male service representative was too busy on the phone (skinning and grinning while pathetically speaking his love language to the caller) and failed at his job to greet me, ask me to wait a moment, or inquire about my needs. He then tells a woman seated in the lobby that her car was ready (all the while still craning his kneck to continue his personal phone conversation). I left to go to Kwik Kar, but couldn't get what I needed done. A technician recommended I visit Firestone right up the road.hmmm? Nah.

Beyond slow for a simple oil change. Always magically have some extra issue like an alignment or cabin air filter that doesn’t need replacement for another 15000 miles according to the manufacturer. No excuse for a 2 hour wait when every other shop on the same street can do it in under 30mins during peak times.

They are very respectful and courteous. I would recommend this Firestone to my family and friends. Robert and the crew are awesome! Thank you Robert for everything!

Have had several disappointing incidents here. Was gonna go to the one on 1-10 close to Freeport street. They didnt have the rire I needed. So I made it here again: (So i got in at 10: 30AM but they were done at 3: 20.

First: i got a supposedly tire repair. I get home the nail still on the tire.

Second: the alignment re check (have lifetime warranty) was not done. They didn't provide a digital alignment sheet with the spec info. So thej said my printer is out of ink (lie). They said they will text me a picture. I got the picture. Turns out, I got a picture of a camaro alignment. However, I drive a Ram 1500.

Poor service?

Ill let you guys decide, dont recommend it though!

Never going to a Firestone again. I went in about a month and a half ago because my check engine light was on. They ran a diagnostic, charged me $100 and then couldn't tell me what was the exact problem. They couldn't name the part that my car needed, they simply showed me a bad picture of what it should look like. They suggested I look for the part at a junkyard because it would be less expensive. I wasted a day doing that.

I went in the following day and I was able to get a better description for the part. They were supposed to order the part from the dealership, and over a month long process I called a couple of times during that time period to see how my order was coming along. They said they were just waiting on the dealership to get the part. Total cost was going to come out to another $160

I just now found out they never started the work order to begin with because 1) I didn't give a deposit for the part (which I was never told I had to do) and 2) they wanted to verify that the part they wanted to order was the part that was needed.

I decided to go straight to the dealership, explained the situation and showed them the report from the diagnostic taken at this Firestone. The report didn't have any relevant recommendations to resolve the problem. They called this location and turns out they conveniently left out part of the diagnostic on the report. I will be getting this issue resolved at the dealership and will be paying less than what they were going to charge me at this location.

Offering appointmentments seems to be false advertisement at this point. This Firestone has consistently failed to come within range of the "estimated" time, which, is not even explicitly stated. I only come here because of my company's contract with the vendor or extreme emergency situations (tire puncture for instance). As they pull my car out at 11: 36 I'm a full 1 hour and 6 minutes past the "estimated" time. C'mon, man. Do better.

They take a long time to perform an inspection. Technician working on multiple cars at the same time. Didn't pay much attention to the ongoing inspection I was waiting for.

I made an appointment for 12pm JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I arrived at 11: 40am and didn’t leave till 2: 20pm. When I arrived I noticed they didn’t take my car in till 12: 40PM and the lady checked me out at 1: 40pm. Once I sat back down I waited 20 more min and I looked at the lady because I thought they were done with my car? I had already paid and everything. She saw that I was staring at her and she said “ oh sorry I thought they were done when I checked you out but they were barely starting on it.they’re almost done now. ” Is their even a point in making appointments if y’all are going to take 2 hours plus for an oil change?

Great customer service. Informed us of everything that was being done or needed fixed to the car. Definitely will bring my car here again.

Oftentimes, the customer service and technical / mechanical skill sets are not equal. But with John on 8/12/2018 @ the Wallisville Firestone, I was delighted to experience equal parts of excellent customer service, professionalism, speed of service, knowledge and willingness to educate me on the benefits of each recommended tire. I witnessed him quickly greeting each customer and being respectful of their time by giving honest timelines. He tailored his approach to the customer's personality and everyone seemed pleased with their interaction. He did it all so effortlessly- taking in a steady flow if customers, completing orders, triaging the issues, giving updates and made more coffee after one customer took the last by filling up his thermos.he was a truck driver getting serviced before getting on the road. The customer area and restroom was clean and fresh! My career training and one of my primary duties is process improvement: evaluating quality of service / productivity / efficiency and recommending change / process / procedure to improve customer and employee satisfaction. I said all that to say, I wouldn't change anything with your business model. I actually thought wow. John was a good hire, Firestone has great training & values, and I wouldn't mind working there!
