Had a good experience at Firestone. Covid has affected the waiting area but what hasn't it affected! Treated very well by staff.

I scheduled an appointment to have my company car serviced the day before thinking this would help quickly serviced my car. I arrive 15min early; upon entering I was not greeted. I actually told the gentleman I had an appointment. I answered all the questions necessary to set the service up in the system. The service was for a routine oil change and check the normal things on the car like wipers, brakes, etc. I was never given an estimated time so I assumed it would be 30-45 min. Turned out to be over 2 hours I waited which I could’ve had my wife pick me up. Needless to say I was not happy; it would’ve been different had I been told the service was going to take long.

Prompt service when I needed it most. Had a flat late evening and needed it repaired immediately before work the next day. It was around 6.30 and I tried 4 or 5 places on 10th also on Bus 83. Firestone was the only place that could do it. In and out in less that 1/2 hr and no up selling to get me to buy something I did not need. Highly recommend.

I was having a horrible day today. I couldn’t find anyone to complete the inspection on my vehicle until Sandra! I went to another firestone close by and the man I spoke to stated he would be there to inspect my vehicle after five/when I was out of work. When I arrived the employees at this location looked at me confused and told me that the inspector was gone for the day. Sandra was patient, caring and helpful, she waited 45 minutes for me to provide insurance information. It was almost time for closing and she had other customers to assist but not once did she say that she could not help me! Sandra went out of her way to make sure that I got my inspection completed! God sent me an angel today! The world needs more people like Sandra! Thank you for being a wonderful human!

Made us wait literally 4 hours for something they could “do” but then after the whole wait told us they weren’t able to.super bad experience never coming back again

Quick in and out in 45 minutes for oil change & tire rotation for $41 bucks! Can't beat it!

Had an appointment for 11am. Arrived at 10: 55am and was told my car would be given the oil change as soon as they were finished putting the tires on the car they were working on.

At 12: 25pm, after sitting in the lobby, which stinks so bad of rubber it gave me a headache, they tell me the some cap is on to tight to remove without breaking and that it will cost $40 to replace.

I went down the street to National Lube Express and was literally out the door in 27 minutes!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED!

Had trailer inspection done on a Sunday. Service was quick as there were very few customers. Office personnel as well as gentleman that performed the service we're very curtious and knowledgeable. Place is clean and organized. I will definitely be coming back.

Lady on the phone said she couldn’t give me an estimate for any of the work I was looking to have done on my vehicle. Didn’t know the hourly rate for manual labor either said it just depends. Didn’t help at all

The mechanic Patrick was GREAT, he was very on point when it came to the problems with my car, I would be going back

Had thread separation on one of my tires. Went there early morning and they took care of me immediately. Was out of there within 40 minutes. Friendly and efficient.

This auto center is one of the very best auto centers I have been to. The employees are friendly, and they keep you up to speed on your cars work. A best place for this shop.

Very rude customer service! Was speaking 2 minutes before he chose to answer a phone call that took 10 minutes! Who does that? Then without even looking at my Van its a 185 break pad & resurface.and i am just trying to do maintenance, no grinding, just had it done from flood damage why in the world would male service people think cause I am a woman, I do not know about cars! Not all roters needs resurfacing!

The employees they are professional and do great job with my durango citadel. I trust this guys and they explain me very thing about my tires thank you.
