Firestone Complete Auto Care, Wichita Falls TX

Had a flat tire and they were awesome and took care of me. I appreciate all their help and kindness.

Came in with a flat, staff was really great. Got us on the road with a smile. Really good to help.

Check engine light was on, was told I needed spark plugs and wires, had them changed did not fix problem. Way overcharged and was told I could just fix the coil pack myself since they couldn't find them anywhere when I returned. A bad experience

Ordered tires from SimpleTire and Firestone installed them. This was my first time using the Lamar St location.

The people were friendly. The tires are great. They did break a piece of my trim on the interior and managed some hairline cracking in my driver side window. I brought the issues to there attention, to include driving to there location on two separate occasions. They promised to call me back each time I called, and they never did.

They have never returned my call and never developed a solution to the situation.

I cannot recommend them and I will not go back to this location.

These folks, from Tiffney at the front to the lead technician, went above and beyond to take care of not only my car but me as well. Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable and determined technicians that did more than most would have to get me back on the road!

Resident of Texas, but working in Kansas City, MO. Drove 8 hours and was told by 2 shops they were booked full and couldn't get to me. Lamar St helped me and added me to the computer to get an inspection in Missouri. 6 months later purchased a new car and back to try my luck again.

Make an appointment and you’ll wait an hour or two for them to start looking at your vehicle. Had a front brake squeak issue, told me it was the rear and had me drop $400 on a rear brake job for the front brakes to still be squeaking when I left. Tried to make a follow up appointment for 10am online, appointment doesn’t get confirmed, don’t wanna wait 3 hours to get a contact point looked at so just going to buy tools myself at this point.

I spent over 1,000 dollars on a set of tires. Have the road hazard warranty. But niether Firestone location is able to repair my warranty covered tire. Was told Friday would be the earliest I could make an appointment. An appointment for a warranty covered flat repair. Today is Monday. What good is the warranty? Road hazards happen when they happen. I shouldn't have to make an appointment. I can go anywhere else in town and pay someone else like Walmart to fix this tire but I paid for road hazard protection but unable to redeem it. Never Ever Buy Firestone Tires Again.

Took my car in to get my ac serviced, got a call that it'll be 109 to get it going. Guess who's out 109 and still has only hot air coming out:)

I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. I handed over my key and waited patiently. My children and I got bored and decided to take a walk after an hour of waiting. As we were leaving, a guy pulled up and went inside. I left with full confidence believing that when we walked back that my car would be in the shop getting looked at being that I made an APPOINTMENT 4 days in advance. My children and I walked back and sure enough, they had the guy (who came in way after I did) truck in the garage ready to service him. Mind you, we walked around down town for about 40 minutes so altogether an almost 2 hour wait for absolutely no reason. I was so irritate I just asked for my key back. The intake receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. LOL so you all can waste more of my time again? No thank you! I left to calm down before I made a scene and tried to call and ask what was the problem (just to confirm because it's clear as day why my vehicle got skipped over) Of course, NO ANSWER. The receptionist was nice but that's as far as the courtesy goes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and unjust treatment. I won't ever be bothered with this establishment again!

Every truck goes to Firestone before it hits the road.
The people at this location can waste your time and not keep you informed. They get really weird here and try to sell extra stuff by use fear tactics. ("Let's spend $5K and get you vehicle safe for you") BS. Just keep my trucks running. I do 2000 miles a week on slow week. I will be back they don't need the fear tactics. Luckily the McNeil location has trust worth people. Until they switch out.

They were great they were friendly courteous and put tires on my car in a battery but now I'm all set to go Thank you

Just moved into town and was having a real issue finding a place to take my car to get repaired and found this location. This locations was very nice and got the work done fast and worked with me step by step on the repairs being done. Strongly recommend this location over the others for people in Wichita falls

Was so very pleased. I was met by Brian Vetter the store manager and I had all 4 tires replaced.i only really needed 1 but had issues with the other 3. They didn't try to upsale me and they were so very helpful during my visit to give me exactly what I was wanting I actually got an even better deal than what I expected. If you want great service even on a budget this is the place to go. I'm definitely coming here from now on with both my cars. By the way discount was 200 more for a lower milage tire just saying.

Traveling from Amarillo TX back to Georgia, step son & daughter Daugher law pulling their horse trailer when a tire on the truck blew out. After calling around to find the right tire we called Firestone. They had what we needed and got us back up and going. Since he and his wife haul horses too, he understood the unique situation we had. He made certain we were all taken care of and back on the road. Dru should be commended for his commitment to customer service! A+

I will not be back to the Firestone on Lamar these people there were not very nice they did not talk to me about anything I don't even know if I have a road hazard on my brand new tires I bought from them it was a disappointment because I have dealt with this business before previously but it's been a while back and they were very cordial then but I guess management has changed will not be back

Purchase new tires, tech lost lick key tool. Can't remove tire with key tool. Store manager was accommodating. Anti-lock key tool has to be ordered from manufacturer by Vin number. It's been tiresome; hope this get resolved. Need repairs done, can't remove tire without key. Associate Tiffany is top-notch!

Got a flat with our RV called Firestone in Wichita Falls they said come right over. Tiffeny and Nathan got us in and out in 1/2 hr. Great service like the good old days and with a smile. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GOOD OLD FASHION KINDNESS! ’
