Sam in the front office was very nice and went out of her way to see that we were taken care of, great atmosphere and I will definitely be back.

Worst slowest experience of my life. I know that Firestone is horrible but something made me give them another chance and I have been sitting here regretting it for 3+hours now for a 1 hour job. Don’t spend your money here.

I took my truck in today to get a front end alignment and they broke loose one of my brake lines to my caliper and tried tell me that it’s leaking. Do not take your vehicle to them they will break something that wasn’t broken before.

Roy and Zach are great dropped off my car early on a friday rotors oil change and a check engine light fixed before 2pm same day. These guys always take care of us always fast and always great friendly service

Had rear brakes done in my car. They were still acting up 2 months later so I went in to go see if they could fix them. They charged me $800 the first time and wanted to charge me more money when I went in the second time. So I took it to another shop and they did all the work for way less. Do not go here.

When for an alignment on 4x4 Ford truck
I took a little over an hour, but the employees were less than pleasing. And honestly almost felt worse afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this particular one maybe it was just the fact it was after 5 o'clock but should understand these vechiles carry human life. It's dangerous enough on the roads already

Recently took my vehicle here to more then just tired. My AC had gone out and didn't know where to turn. Staff was friendly and manager Mr Roy Estrada was awesome, very professional and eager to help. The AC tech did a great job and got my vehicle working properly again. Thanks you all staff members from the manager, tech, to the guy making the appointment Kevin. Thanks alot.

Roy is the best at this place. Explains everything well, especially to someone with no knowledge on vehicles, and always makes sure my car is taken care of. I recently moved and have had terrible service and experiences at other Firestone locations. I refuse to go anywhere but this location now because of Roy. The hour drive is worth the service I get at this place.

Pretty slow. Didn't seem to do a very good job of honoring appointments on a Saturday.

Update: Two hours of waiting because I was up next.

They performed an absolute miracle on my car and gave me a decent price on multiple repairs! I can't thank them enough for making my car run like new again!

They're very nice they offer coffee and water as you waited went yesterday to get my tire fix no charge yeap this is where I need to go all the time thank fire stone

Appreciate Roy helping me with a flat on my tire. They patched is quickly so I could make my way to UTMB Clearlake Hospital. Appreciate your support to get me back on the road quickly.

Very rude employees. Over priced and they did more damage to my vehicle. I was told to get TF out of there and had to have my vehicle towed home. One employee actually apologized to me. The only good thing about that place.

Took it back two times before giving up and taking it to another shop

Always trying to sell you BS you DON'T need, taking advantage of elderly and ppl who don't know about vehicles

We needed break service, lube job and an oil change while away from home (we travel for work) and just after the big storm hit. Needless to say, very reasonable price and wonderful service! We read the reviews before and left impressed!
