Firestone Complete Auto Care, Conroe TX

I had been dealing with issues with my kia for 2 months and no one would pin point what was going on. Took it to Firestone on a whim and in a few hours I was out and boy does she run like a new born kitten. Josh was so helpful.took an hour to get parts and maybe 30 minutes to fix. So glad I came here. Thank yall so much.

Walked in on a Saturday for service, they said 2hr wait. So I made an appointment for another day. Showed up on time and Still had to wait 2 hours before giving up and leaving. What good is an appointment if they don't honor it? Very unprofessional.

They’ve been taking care of my wife’s mini coop since day 1 with no issues. Really appreciate their prices over the actual dealer any day.

Can't give them s list of things to do and get them all done. Did brakes and drums. Rotated tires, but did not fix slow leak and now I have a growl in the front end. Fix a couple things, miss something and make another issue. This is the second time in a row I have had this kind of issue.

Friendly service but the cost is too high and service takes longer than expected even with appointments.

I went in thinking I would get an estimate for my AC leak and break check. They charged me $40 for AC check, didn't tell me anything that didn't I already know. Overpriced oil change. They wanted $500 to do my brakes. Rediculous. Never again.

I have a life time alignment and took the car in for a alignment check up. After being told the car would be ready in about 35 minutes I showed up to pick up the car 45 minutes later. And the car was gone! It was brought back 15 minutes later! They had taken it on a joy ride in my opinion. I asked the clerk why was my car gone and he said hesitantly it was customary for them to take it on a test drive afterwards. When the car was brought back one of the employees asked the driver if he knew how to drive a standard! He told the driver he had seen him on camera trying to get the car on the ramps. My car rides low it’s a sports car. That’s were I believe my X-pipe was cracked loading it on the ramps I realize it several days later. Unfortunately not only this location but Firestone in general has gone down hill!

They changed the staff? , and the current employees are rude and petulant. Before more friendly. I never come back.
I took my car for an electrical failure and they told me it was a damaged cable that cost $400. I left there and went to my trusted mechanic, and Surprise! It was the bad battery.

I was very impressed with the service and my concerns were addressed very professionally. I would recommend this service center to everyone.

Needed to get tires rotated and balanced (Free) bought from Firestone and prepaid. Arrived 30 minutes early for appointment, it took 2.5 hours to rotate and balance tires!

I love the way they treat customers. Specially the girls at the counter always goes above an beyond to make your visit pleasant. And guide you real good about your vehicle

Vanessa did an excellent job of helping this old veteran. She beat Discount Tires price and the service was quick as promised. Definitely recommend.

This is the best Firestone location I have ever been to. Great service, nice people. This is my new place to get tires and should be yours too!

I do both of my cars maintenance at this place. Easy to schedule an appointment. Guys at the front desk are always looking for the best solution to the problem. Good deals through out the year. Last time it took less then 40 min to complete alignment.

Always trying to force unexpected charges to their customers.
Go in for one thing come out paying an arm and a leg for something completely irrelevant.

Just terrible experience! If you like to pay for a service that is half done or not even done.this is your place. I had new tires put on and decided to do an oil change at the same time. When I checked the oil at home it was dark and muddy looking - when I asked about it they said thats just how it is (which is not my experience from all my other oil changes in the last 20 years). They may check filters but they do not close the latches after. Definitely do not expect them to top off on any fluids. I say save your money and take it to a place that will actually get the job done!

My son took his vehicle in for a scheduled alignment; before they touched the vehicle they handed him a list of "repairs" that they said needed fixed before they could do an alignment. The cost of ALL parts and labor was going to be $6000. Now my son bought a used vehicle and we replaced 90% of eveything that they said needed to be replaced. They said his brake calipers on the rear were shot; the car has rear DRUM BRAKES.
Sorry Firestone higher some competent technicians and quit trying to scam young first time drivers or females.
We took my son's car to another place and they did the alignment and found nothing wrong with the items Firestone said needed to be replaced. They did find that someone rounded off the head on the alignment bolts for the rear and cut the boot and removed the clamp on the rack and pinion driver side. Brand new rack and pinion and already has razor blade marks and missing a clamp. $50 for parts and I replaced the things myself.

I got there at 11: 30 and was told that “it would take an hour wait. ” I waited for 3.5 hours until 2p until they even took my car. It’s like don’t give an estimate time. That wastes time, If you are completely swamped with cars. I would state “you can schedule an appointment at later time or call ahead to see if we have a spot available. ” My first time and last time.

I called and right off the bat I was greeted by Vanessa. She explained and offered suggestions on what maybe the problem might be. I came in and Dalton thoroughly went and explained the things wrong with my car. Great people.
