Made online appointment day ahead. Appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, no appointment was found. They admitted their online appointment system doesn’t work very well. Bottom line, I was unable to get my car serviced. They were too busy.

Made an online appointment, arrived at my appointment time, they said they didn't have the appointment, They still would not do my service because they only had one technician working, so they wasted my time. Thanks Firestone

I had the Most pleasant experience with Guy! I was in and out. No hassle. No fuss. Just honest, and reliable information. I started to pass them up. I'm so glad I stopped in.

I scheduled an oil change appointment online, but when I got there they said “Oh, the online appointments don’t come through. We’ve been having people call in. ” How would your customers know to call in and not trust the online booking. Of course they were too busy to get my oil changed and turned me away. Noted, won’t be back.

I tried to use their business for a flat tire but was told I would have to leave it overnight because they had 2 techs working…. Went to Walmart across the street done in 20 minutes. Go to Walmart or Discount tire not here.

I got a flat tire 30 minutes from home with just over an hour to get to the school pick up line. These guys put a rush on my car and had me in and out in about 30 minutes at a great price, allowing me to still be on time to get the kids. I will definitely make the drive to this location for future car needs.

They were able to find a tire leak that another facility didn't seem to take the time to. It saved me.

AJ and all the Members at Firestone have been awesome each time I've been there.whether that's for maintenance, repair, whatever.

I've taken my cars to Firestone for years, They get aligned every 3 months. Taking it to one particular Firestone, they aligned it, Immediately it was pulling to the right, They told me that there was nothing wrong with it. Now I look like a school teacher and get judged, I grewup on the dairy farm I've worked on these cars with that being said, I want to say. I took it Corinth they looked at my vehicle, aligned it. The Firestone in Corinth did a great job and that will be the Firestone I go to from point forward. The vehicle drives like new. Great Job Corinth Firestone.

Made an appointment online. Arrived just before my scheduled appointment. Was told that they didn't show any appointments. She then asked if I made it online and received a confirmation email. I said I did and showed her the email. She then said the email was a confirmation of an appointment request and not confirmation of the appointment. The email specifically states that they will call me if there were any issues with the appointment. I was told I would have to wait but they could start on it almost immediately. I then sat there for half an hour waiting while the guys in the workshop stood around and the person inside sat and played with her kid. I finally gave up and told them to give me back my keys and left. Half an hour of my time wasted and nothing to show for it.

Had a emergency tire problem from an incident on a street. Needed an inspection of our car. Even with appointments in place, they worked us in.

FIRESTONE is definitely my go to place for all my car needs. No matter which location I go to (and I have been to many) the guys are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

All of my tires were low because of this very cold weather. No where else was open, i stumbled across Firestone. Josh was very pleasant and aired all of my tires. I appreciate him stepping outside in this cold weather to assist me while being pleasant Thank You Josh YOU ROCK.

I recommend you don’t use this location. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Wanted an alignment, brake check and to get a state inspection and called in the appointment and they accepted. Came in early because I had an early start to my day and turns out I also needed new tires. Guy says he can’t help me with tires because they’re too busy, which turned out to be fine because I can get my tires from discount anyways but sounds like they missed out on what could have been a sale. Go to discount for my tires, come back on time for my appointment. They spent over an hour working on my car. I come back, wasn’t called. And then they tell me they only did half my alignment because of some manufacturer kit they needed and didn’t have. So I said to them only half of the job was done? And they said we did the best we could. So they expect you to pay full price for a half done job. I worked it out and ended up only paying for half. Get to my house and realized I didn’t get my inspection paperwork. Call back, and they tell me the inspection wasn’t on their list and they didn’t even have a state inspector in the building. What’s the point of scheduling an inspection weeks in advance if they won’t staff for it anyways? Not to mention they didn’t check my brakes either. So revenue lost on them for tires, brakes and the little credit they get for doing state inspections. Don’t waste your time here. Maybe should suggest new management.

I do oil changes here best deal around in my opinion but best to drop off these days they are busy.

I scheduled an oil change / tire rotation for 1pm the same day. I didn't get a confirmation that the appt.went through so I called to ensure they could take care of me. Larry said they were severely understaffed, but would be able to take care of my oil change by 5pm. I went in at 1 and he told me he was the only in-store operator and there were only 2-3 techs. I understand how difficult it is to be short staffed so I understood his issues. He listened to my comments about wanting a tire rotation, but the oil change was the main concern. He called me around 3: 45 to tell me my car was ready. I went in at 4: 55 to collect my car and was told my invoice amount, which I forgot how crazy expensive full snyth is. No worries there. I asked about the tire rotation and he said it was not done, which was okay as I was not charged. I paid and left, as they were trying to close. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed they went ahead and filled my washer fluid! I was not expecting that at all. With them being busy, I understand this is just a minor thing for them to do, but it saved me time from going and getting more fluid myself! I was extremely happy with how they were able to assist me. I do need to find a place to do my inspection, which may not be here as I don't want to try and squeeze in when someone else may have some more technical repairs they need. Like I said, I understand being short staffed and am happy Firestone Corinth was able to keep their cool and keep on pushing while working the job of 6 as a team of 3. Keep in mind we're all human and we all get stressed. Larry kept our convo short, but was never rude. I may come back in the future, if their team is back up and running full time. They definitely did right by me this time!

They quoted me 357 to do the front brakes on my wife's car. I asked three times for the total.of the bill and it was 357. When I picked it up it was almost 390. I complained, was argued with and just paid and left. Never to return!

I scheduled an appointment for 3: 00 p.m. Today and it was waiting for a confirmation. But since I didn't get it I called the store and the person on the phone said, hey no worries come on and we'll take care of you.so I drove like 9 miles got to the location then I was told there's a wait for 4 hours and I said somebody told me that they had a slot where I can swing by and they can do it for me quick and he said no way.very disappointed with this experience
