Firestone Complete Auto Care, Houston TX

They returned my money when the problem wasn't fixed. They charged over $200.00 to reset the computer which wasn't the reason the engine light was on. To reset the computer requires pushing a button which I have had done free elsewhere. Maybe they did something else. They did fix my starter but I can't afford their service.

I came to location 2 hours before they closed with the vehicle on a dummy and they refused to service the vehicle. I was told I couldn't get serviced because only 2 guys were working. Horrible customer service that you would turn a customer away during business hours for that reason and when I asked to speak with a manager of course he wasn't there!

Horrible service and over priced. I came with one car last week and they took so long to change the 4 tires they had to reschedule my alignment. I dropped the car off at 11a and didn’t get it back until 5: 40p and they claimed they were busy which is understandable. I had somebody else go at 1p clearly after me and they got their tires changed by 3: 30p and was gone. The problem was i left my car their and the other customer stayed. I gave them the benefit of doubt and brought my other car days later under a different account and they forgot who i was and did the same thing again with the same excuse. Liars and unreliable I refuse to deal with a shop with no morals.

I had a dead battery this morning, so I had AAA give me a jump start. The tech informed me that my car has a rare battery type and I’d have trouble replacing it…especially on a weekend. I immediately drove to NTB where they told me they didn’t have my battery, but if anyone would have it…it would be Firestone. I called and they said they didn’t have it in the shop, but could order it in a few hours! I dropped my car off and it was ready within 3 hours! I was very impressed with Firestone’s professionalism and timely service! I’ll be going here for routine maintenance and any other issues from now on!

I don't normally write reviews because it's time consuming for me. My father-in-law gave me his old truck that he barley drove. I order some new tires online and had them shipped to this fire stone location 1502 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007. When I brought my truck in, I asked them to do an overall check on it because it hasn't been driven in a while. Just wanted to see if the truck needs any other major work done to it. When I picked up my truck the next day, one of the sales reps told me I needed to replace my front upper and lower controller arms. They quoted me $3,121.66 for parts and labor. I knew I can get the parts cheaper online. I went ahead and order the parts online but I called another auto shop to get a quote for the labor. Manriquez Collision place quoted me a price that was cheaper then Firestone. I took my truck there. Maggie and Jeff told me that they were going to do a full check on me truck before replacing the parts. Got a call from the shop and was told I didn't need front upper and lower controller arms. I needed my left rear brake caliper replaced because it was broking. This tells me that Firestone charge me for a service that they didn't even do thoroughly and quote me for work that I didn't even need. I will not be coming back to this location for services.

I traveled from Dallas Houston and my car had a small issue. I went first thing this morning and they took care of me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Now I am ready to hit the road back home to Dallas…

The Service Manager Lenar was very rude and arrogant please do not go here its the worst Service and customer service they can he completely refused and speak as a courtesy.

Good place to take your car just becarful. When you get an estimate is not right ️ Firestone will want to replace things they don't need to be replaced to overcharge you

Really rude.terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even bother to do a simple system check because they closed in 30 minutes meanwhile 3 men were not doing anything what so ever. No apology, just looked at me crazy and talked to me like I was dumb after I just told them my breaks just failed.

I had a tired replaced and two days later noticed that tools left in my cab where missing! I know that was where they had removed all belongings from the back seat to reinstall my jack? I called and spoke to a manager and they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. I feel saddened having to write this! I have been going there over 15 years!

Car alignment w Firestone was done properly and quickly. I did have to wait a little while to be helped when I got there. They did complementary battery testing which showed a weak battery per mechanic.the testing slip said good battery though the gauge marker was in the black zone. Mechanic couldn't explain why the testing slip said good battery and he was saying weak battery. I went to autozone after, and they confirmed that the battery was poor with their testing device and I replaced it.

I'm guessing the testing device at Firestone still indicates poor battery per gauge though reading of good battery is not accurate. In any case, looks like Firestone was correct in the battery being poor and I replaced it; it was old, 4 years old.

Great service. They were backed up a bit and couldn't get to repairing our tire right away but were nice enough to evaluate the bolt in out tire and assured us we were good to drive a few blocks to Pedro's who was able to repair our tire cheaply and professionally with no wait. Thank you Firestone for great customer service!

This Firestone has gone down hill, I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years. This location has terrible customer service, they have completed the last two jobs at an unsatisfactory level that I had to return for them to correct. I responded to the email survey with bad comments, no follow or concern from them. I would highly recommend not using this location. I never leave bad reviews but had to do it as they seem not to care for customers.

All the time they are busy even if you make appointment with them not sure if this is true
