Service has suffered at that location. I've been doing business there off and on for 26 years and it has declined significantly. 1) 3 hours wait to get tires changed 2) mechanics sitting in bay on phone, not working on vehicles 3) they broke 2 lug covers and said nothing.
This location is so convenient and friendly! My truck was shaking bad. Not only did they find the issue but they fixed it same day! Can’t recommend enough!
I came in for a 1pm oil change and did not leave till 3: 30pm. I even dropped my car off early. It should not take over two and a half hours to do an oil change. I’ll never come back here.

In the morning I went to leave my vehicle at 8 am, they told me that it would take 1: 30 minutes, they delivered it to me at 4: 25 pm, and without giving me any explanation of guarantees of work done and my vehicle, after paying %1,100, the sensor was wheels without activated air I had to take to give air to another place very Bad service I will not return again
Tiffany and Derek are always helpful, in truth the entire staff is. We prefer this location over our closer to us because of their customer service and quality of work. We bring all of our cars there. Derek does an amazing job of answering questions and providing a truthful diagnosis. Will continue to use them and appreciate their guidance.
This Firestone handles their business hands down. They are friendly and very professional. Any problem I have with my vehicle I take it straight to them. Over the last year they have taken good care of me.
First off, Patrick is awesome. I've had more than a few repairs there, and regular oil changes, and he's always been professional, friendly and seems to genuinely care. Wait times can be long sometimes, but he's managed to squeeze me in a few times quickly when I really needed it. Shop atmosphere is always pleasant for me. Never been treated rudely or indifferent.
I was going to give less stars at first because I had been to five different shops within a few weeks and all of them diagnosed a different issue and I was extremely frustrated. I had to be towed twice, one was a 45 mile tow at that. A different Firestone broke my MAP sensor connector and Patrick had it replaced free of charge and didn't give me any grief over it, unlike Christian Brothers who wanted 500$ plus another 1000$ for knock sensors that had nothing to do with my crank/no start issue in the first place. I kept juggling between Firestone and Christian Brothers because CBA installed a fuel pump a year ago and was still under warranty, but two of their shops said it was fine, two Firestone shops said it was bad.
I wish shops in general were more than just "parts replacers" now and could really diagnose complicated issues, but my Dodge has TIPM issues with the fuel pump relay malfunctioning and I guess many don't have enough experience with that.
So thank you Patrick and crew. I'm still having a few issues with my truck, but you guys got me up and running when I needed you.
Had work done to my vehicle as recommended, took it home and the work was insufficient so I took it back the next day.when I tried to tell the technician by the name of Dakota he was very unprofessional and cut me off when explaining to him the problem, he opened my car door got in and Slammed my door and indicated he has a lot to do today and sped off and pulled into the bay and a fast pace.this use to be my go to shop for repair but now I'm a little skeptical. Patrick who is the manager was on vacation and I would have rather dealt with him because of the relationship we have as shop manager and customer instead of goole reviews. This is not directed at the shop as a whole but one individual makes it bad for all! Time to find a new shop for my vehicle work
Called to get an estimate on mounting some tires and were very accurate with how long it would take.
For replacement the front tires of my truck alignment and balancing they took like 4 hrs but besides that they did a great work thanks
I bought 2 tires with warranty from Firestone two months ago. Today I came in because one of them needed air. There was a nail in it and they said it wasn’t repairable. They would replace it at no cost to me. I would just have to pay $45 for the rebalancing. Minutes later they told me that they don’t have the same kind of tire because it was discontinued. With the one they will replace it with I would have to pay $90 extra. I had to pay new road hazards coverage because they said the road hazard coverage I paid just 2 months ago does apply anymore with the replacement tire.
Rip off!
