They can’t make a good alignment to my 2013 Mercedes Benz and the car is still tilt to the right and when I asked them to fixed the problem they say we don’t kit for your Mercedes

I've been here on a few separate occasion for repairs and they have always taken great care of me. Battery replacement and tire replacements. Staff is always friendly and helpful, they don't try to upsell you which I appreciate. They do fine work at a very reasonable price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Made an appointment for 10am, arrived on time was told it would be an hour at 1pm my vehicle hadn’t even been moved from where I parked it. I ended up leaving after so much of my time had been wasted you can get a 20 min oil change anywhere.

They failed my inspection and told me I needed $400 plus in repairs.it took them a couple hours as well. Had to drop my car off. Went somewhere else it passed no problem. Should have looked at the reviews first. Don't go here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, scheduled a 3pm appt got there for 2 said they couldn’t do diagnostics but I also needed another service done once they touched my car the first time never came back say there just about until they closed went somewhere else and I was able to receive the diagnostics would not recommend this location

There was an issue with diagnosing my car. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in making sure my issue was taken care of. Jeremy was great, fully inspected my car and even got personally showed me what the issue was. The office staff was very nice. Added benefit is that they will look at hybrids which a lot of mechanics will not!

The worst service I have experienced. I took my truck here for an oil change a month ago. 3 hours to complete. I’m a very patient customer, so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Returned with a flat tire that just needed to be plugged. Dropped off because I work close by. Returned 7 hours later and the tire was still flat in the same spot. Waited over 8 hours to fix a flat. I have a team of 6 employees who all bring their vehicles here. This is our last visit.

I went here months ago to repair a an oil leak and they did an excellent job.they are excellent at thoroughly examining your vehicle.before they make a repair they explain to you why they are doing it and hot it will benefit and the cheapest route. They give great suggestions and they wont force you into it.

When I was making appt, they said it would take 1-1.5 h for a complete inspection. After I check in there, expected time changed to 2h. 2.5 h later still no service started yet. What is purpose of making an appointment? If you can not make it, it would be better not to accept a reservation.

When you setup an appointment, you think they will service your car at that time.not here.you have to wait for your car turn too. SO WHY THE APPOINTMENT?

VERY RUDE! I had just gotten out my car to ask a quick question about a service I was Inquiring about and before I could even get out my car good enough a worker and the front desk lady comes screaming out at me about where my car was parked. I just got really bad vibes from that point on and decided to take my car elsewhere.
First impressions are everything.
Don’t scream and yell at PAYING customers!

I’ve been taking my car to Firestone since 2017 and have had nothing but great things to say about them and the service provided until recently. I dropped my car off for a routine yearly check as well to replace a flat. No one reached out to let me know what all was actually being done and also no one explained once I got there to get my car. I then came to find my window down (it rained hard for 3 straight hours). Firestone basically said sorry we’ll pay for the front seat cleaning.driver side only. I asked where I should take it and exactly what I needed to get done. HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID I GUESS A SHAMPOO. So that’s what I did. Firestone did reimburse me for the entire cleaning. And here I am a week later with a car that STILL SMELLS. I can’t seem to get anyone to tell me exactly what is supposed to be done when water gets inside a vehicle and what’s the proper method.absolutely and completely dissatisfied and will not be returning.

They lied to my fleet service administrator about the tread left on my tires, and cut me out of the loop in the process. Stopped for an oil change that ran long because they were changing my tires and I didn't know. I'd scheduled work that afternoon and had to cancel, so they cost me a significant amount of lost wages. I'll make sure that this location is black-balled with my fleet.

For the past couple years it seems like they just do more harm than fixing, I got my oil changed but left with my brakes lights being disconnected, can for another service and left with my mirror being broken. No one apologize for the inconvenience instead they tell you how it’s somehow your fault, yet your car was left with them still intact.

I went their for a scraping problem with my car and they diagnosed it as bad wheel bearings and charge me a $1000 to replace them all and 2 days later I’m hearing the same noise and I bought it back to them twice and all they said was it was a defective part installed but the problem was never solved and a waste of money! Now my car is getting worse from that same problem and have to come up with more money to actually fix it!

I had a great experience here with inspecting my vehicle and purchasing four new tires. The staff was polite and professional in our interactions and the service was completed in a reasonable wait time. I would return to this location for additional, basic car maintenance services.

Had a confirmed appointment to have 2 tires changed and it took over 4 hours. These tires were in stock. Terrible customer service!

So my two front tires were really damaged. The staff helped me get a really good deal on new tires and a life time allignment warranty. The tires then were given a 1 year free replacement warranty on road hazard. They also made sure that i knew that the allignemnt covered the tires if the tires were damaged by allignment issues. This place is very good at helping the customer.
