I booked an appointment online and the appointment was confirmed. Chose this location because when I came back in August, the manager was new, friendly and had great customer service. I expect nothing less. I walk into today, “Quince” whose card at the desk says his name is Quincy, was holding a phone to his ear. No problem. However, quince appeared to be on hold. This was several mins. He never acknowledged me even though he looked me square in the eyes. No I’ll be with you in a moment or anything. Just acted like I was nobody. He finally decided to hang up after about 6-7 mins of me standing there. You would think after that, he would then acknowledge my presence. Absolutely no. I’m just standing there while he shuffles papers, goes in the shop, fiddles with the computer. He finally says “how can I help you? ” I find it odd that I had to stand there for so long without being acknowledged when I’m clearly standing in his face. I immediately asked for his name and told him I had an appointment. I explained that I’m not sure if my car needs and alignment, but that’s what I booked. I tried explaining what my car is doing he instead is giving me prices. I’m not even sure if that’s the issue. He then says that he will have to see if they have someone who can check it. I’m confused. If I come in and say I need a new battery, will Firestone just give me a battery or test my battery first? It was a very odd situation. I told him if it can’t be checked today, not to worry about it. He very quickly stated it can be checked. By this time I’m beyond irritated. I told him no thanks. I booked at another Firestone and they were very friendly. Do better Quince. I hope your management team sees this and require that you do extensive training on how to be a service advisor because right now you suck.

Quincy welcomed me at the front desk, and I dropped my car off to get an oil change and alignment. The whole staff was very nice. Chase took care of my car.
I would 100% go there and also recommend anyone to go. I will be using them again.

Took my vehicle in on 2/23/23 one of my senors was faulty. Had my warranty company approve my repair through them (Firestone) wait time not bad considering what needed to be done. Also had an oil change in a timely manner. Had a good experience, seems like a good team. I will be returning for future maintenance.

I arrived at this store a little after 8am for an inspection yesterday. I was offended when Walter told me the wait would be 2 hours. I asked if I could make an appointment he said no. I took that as a way to turn my business away. I had drove around the place before walking and the 6 -7guys in the garage didn’t seem to be busy at all so telling me 2 hours for an inspection was absurd. It was all in his tone. (This would be a different situation if the store was really that busy) I think he was surprised when I agreed to wait 2 hours. 20 minutes into my wait 2 other guy walks in & they were told by a dif rep their wait was “about an hour” they didn’t even touch my car until the other customers started dropping off theirs cars. He knew he was wrong because after the other customers were given a reasonable time frame.he says to me “oh we’ll try to get you in sooner than 2hours” I waited about (30minutes total). Comes back and says I need over $300 worth of tires to pass.although I had 4 Firestone tires on my jeep. I knew I didn’t trust their business regardless anymore because the guy obviously wanted me to leave (I’m black 31 with 2007 jeep) I noticed the white males that came after me got the 1hours wait & I got 2... I took my truck to Kwik Car & passed inspection after 20 mins. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any African Americans or if you don’t have a corvette or attractive car. They obviously don’t want you there. I recommend GoodYear for tires & Kwik Kar for a better Experience for any person of color if you value where you spend your money like me.

They were absolutely amazing. I had to get new tires.and I love the tires that Quincy picked out for me.and they give me 90 days to try them out.

Went in for an oil leak check on the weekend. They diagnose the issue with the oil casing and ask me to come by Monday to fix it. Made appt 11 mon and dropped off the car. The guy said will try to get done the same day if can't he will let me know. Called 30mins before they closed to check on my car and a lady said sorry we should have called you earlier. We will have to work on it tomorrow. Today I got a call from the shop saying we can't work on it because we got a rat nest on top of the engine. And the car starts to show the check engine light on. I knew there was no rat nest when I drop the car since I checked the oil and no check engine light on. The store supervisor said we are not liable for what happened in the parking lot and refer me to another location where I can get the check engine light fixed!

Went in to get a problem fixed, and came out with additional problem that I need to deal with!

Just keep your figure crossed if you have to leave your car overnight.

I would give them 0 stars. On Monday 10/17/2022 I called this store to make an appointment to change one of my tires with a similar model, they got all my information. I did it to make sure I am in the schedule, so I can take time off from work and get it on a good time. Today 10/19/2022 when I went to my appointment, they told me that they do not have the tire on stock. What a waste of time! They told me that they can ordered but I have to make another appointment for Friday. Why you make an appointment for me, and you do not have the inventory on hand? Especially if you already knew that was to change a tire of the same type already bought here. The person on the store told me that another Firestone store has the inventory, but I have to call them to see when they can take me. Worst customer service experience! Why you are not making an effort to either get the tires from the other store or call them to see if they can do it today for me. I already waist time off from work to came to this appointment and spent gas to coming here and not able to do the tire change.

After several years customer of Firestone, it seems it is time for me to look for another car service provider.

I will not recommend coming here to anyone and will share my bad experience here.

A BIG NO. My experience is super bad. I took my Tiguan 2018 for brakes service due to brake noise, as per recommendation I replaced all 4 brake pads and rotors.paid approx. $1500 for all 4 (as they offer.brakes parts will be lifetime free replacement) it took 2 days to place new brakes but within next few days again I started noticing brakes noise and engine light started showing (ON) so I took again (with appointment) to them but they ask to come back on next day to drop car so that they can look into it and will try to fix and I guess they replaced brakes again (Engine light stopped) but now within 3 days I can hear brakes noise again. (mostly on release of brake after complete stop). And again engine light is ON. I think they are not expert in fixing brakes, so Big NO! As of now thinking to go some Volkswagen dealer service center to check.

This location isn't what it once was. Dread it & I only go here if I have no other option. They don't need your business, realizing it sooner vs.later could save you a lot of time & money.

Bad service
I came to them on Friday to alignment wheels for my car, the man who works at the front door told me that he had no one to fix my car and asked me to come back Monday, I came back Monday again and there was the same person at the front door and he told me he had no one To get her repaired for the car and talk to me in a provocative way
never go back again

They don't know how to talk to customers. Gives the same reason all the time whenever I drop my car, they keep my car for more than one day without and then they expect that i should talk nicely! Excuse me. I would not recommend this store. Awful: (

This location in Allen went above and beyond to help get my car maintenanced. I am a patient person when it comes to car service, but the location on Greenville is a scam. If you need your car serviced, this location is where to go. I cannot stress enough that you have to have patience when getting your car serviced for anything, if you want it done right. If you want it done right, go here!

The store closes at 6: 20 and all the technicians leave although it says 7 pm on the website. Horrible customer service as well

On 05/30/22 at 09: 32 AM I took my wife BMW to Firestone (Store# 599573) to get a “Lifetime Wheel Alignment” for $172.11. The car start rattling while driving and have some other issues, so I took it to EURAUTO Shop on 07/28/22 where I was told the wheel alignment was “Not tighten by the last tech that worked on the car front and back. Some links where now broken, and the repair cost me $773.51; and they told me I need to take it back to Firestone to have them align it again. On 8/1/22 I called and made a 7AM appointment for 8/3/22. At 7AM this morning, they did not have me in the system for an appointment and could not find me in their computer system, having work done on the BMW! I was told to find the receipt and they would help me. WHAT HAPPENED! This place use to be great! It Sucks!

This place used to be great 15 to 20 years ago, but that's no longer the case. Call and you'll be on hold way to long. If a part they installed like a door handle comes loose 3 months out of warranty, they'll charge you to tighten the nut they didn't tighten properly. Forget about getting anything done on a weekend unless you schedule a week in advance. They'll try to upsell you or get you to buy services or parts you don't really need. Pricing is high unless they are competing with another shop. Stay away from this place and you'll be a lot better off.
