19I always go to this location for all my tire maintenance needs. I have the lifetime balance rotate and lifetime alignment, i've been to other locations that are closer to me but have had issues. Robert and team are always friendly and welcoming, and they are honest about wait times. They always ensure they get the job done right.
Robert and Angel got me taken care of today! This store is always busy for a reason, they are are awesome! That being said I do recommend dropping your car off or scheduling an appointment.
I set an appointment online, came in for appt and store stated we don’t follow the corp website. Appointment just indicates we will take of your car that day. It might be 8 hours for an oil change with appt. I ask why have a website and have appointments if you don’t go by appointment times. The manager stated firestone corporate is aware of the issue but will not change the website. Not a good choice for oil change. As you can see by pervious responses from Firestone, send an email to them. I would prefer for them to comment with concerns on the site so others can see. Thanks
Misdiagnosed the car claiming it had a leak in the housing which had just been replace. Then charged for work that had already been done. By the time we got home, the car was leaking coolant as if it had never been touched. The part they claimed was leaking was not cracked. Then, the overcharged on the estimate to fix the problem we had just paid them to fix claiming it was a gasket blown instead. The manager said the car repair was normally $6000 but they were going to refurbish the block. The estimate included everything tangential regardless of whether it needed to be replaced. Even $200 for misc parts.
Haven't been here in 4 years. Gave them another shot. Once again, they tell me I need four brand new tires, despite mine being only two years old. They told me the car was ready and they had some suggestions, I told them no on suggestions and came to get car. It was half an hour from being ready. Just do the right thing and stop the aggressive sales tactics. Be back in another 4 years.
On time and dependable. It’s in an area where you can work from other places while it gets done too
Do not go to this location! I took my car for
an oil change today 4/4/23, after my service they parked my car in a no parking zone and my car ended up getting hit in their parking lot. I called to ask if they had cameras outside so I could see who hit my car and ended up just arguing with whomever answered the phone. He yelled at me telling me that it was not his problem and not his issue that once the work is complete the cars are no longer their problem. We did nothing but yell back and forth yet he could not answer me as to if they have camera’s because he was too fixated on letting me know that it was not their issue. If you have a sign on your door that says I HAVE to drop my car off and can not wait for it then you are definitely responsible for my car and if you park it in a no parking zone it is again most definitely YOUR problem!
Took my car in to have the AC fixed. Was told it needed hoses & couplings & it would fix my problem, $1200. Three days later, AC is back to not working. I called to fund out what to do & to see when would be a good time to bring it back. No apology from the store staff. I was told they were busy & I could take it to another location. I took it back to them since they did the work. Now they want $2000 to replace a compressor. I refused & still, at pick up, no apology for them not fixing the car. I was contacted by the district manager & he's very nice, but my AC is still broken & I'm still out $1200.
Whoever the Person in front was? He was very very nice and Accommodating. Very honest about how tight they were workload wise.very helpful too! Kudos to your level of customer service!
My friends got a flat around 6 PM (an hour before closing) and were parked about 50 feet from the shop. The workers refused to help, said they didn’t have a Jack, that they were parked too far away to help, etc. A stone throw’s away from the store! If you can help it, find a store that cares about its customers.
I called for a simple question. The guy who answered was completely rude for absolutely no reason. This is not the first time I have a employee with horrible attitude take care of me.
Used the online appointment maker and of course where we got there today, we didn’t have an appointment. And they weren’t about to work with us. Never going back.
I have a fleet vehicle I dropped off at 10am and asked for an oil change and inspect my squeaky brakes. Come back at 4: 30pm and nothing was done! Lease plan is who they contact to get approval for repairs and apparently they recover no response. My question is why no one followed up with lease plan/ customer about the approval? Now I’m still in their shop at 7: 00pm because no one cared? Very disappointed at the service and the readiness to have jobs completed in a timely manner.
This morning, while cold rand rainy out, my wife was transporting a foster dog in her car when she rapidly lost pressure in both right tires. This business was the first location she could safely get to. When she talked to the employee behind the desk, the man talked to her like she was stupid and suggested that the reason for the low pressure was because it was cold. My wife explained she knew this was not it because it was driving as if she had a flat. The employee then told her if she wanted the tires fixed it would not be done until 5pm…this was 8 am with 4 other people at the business. The employee continued to talk down to her saying all he could do was air the tires up and she could be on her way, in the rain, by herself, with a dog. Any good ASE certified mechanic would never suggest this. I told my wife to go to Discount Tire across the street. They were very busy but she was in and out in less than an hour for an excellent price. Avoid Firestone Complete Auto Care at ALL COSTS! They do not care about safety, are demeaning to women, act like you are inconveniencing them, and are afraid of work.
I had brand new tires put on my truck 5 months ago, and suddenly had a blowout on the highway while driving 65mph. I didn’t run into anything and there weren’t any nails or foreign objects. At first, as expected, the guy told me it will be taken care of as it falls within warranty spec. Great, 3hrs later the manager JOHN, calls and refuses the warranty claiming sidewall damage. When I asked for proof, he didn’t have any but his “experience “ tells him I must’ve ran into something. So calling me a liar? I then caught him in a number of lies, then when confronted, he turned the issue personal… I’ve got a hold of HR and they took my formal complaint, and I’m waiting on a call from the area manager Mr. Q, to see what’s going to be done about the 4 days of damage to my alignment, tread wear, and the fact he kept my tire that long putting my family in danger while driving on a 17” while the rest are 22”. Moral of the story is John has personal issues he takes to work and pushes on his customers. The employees deserve a better manager than John…
Tries to sell you tires by puncturing your tires with a nail. Scroll through and look at similar reviews. Please take your business elsewhere.
Place is a complete rip off. Took my car in for brakes, they called 3 times to tell me it would cost more and they kept finding more issues. Then when I complained about the price they said they would take $300 off.
Worst ever customer service. The personnel doesn't even respect the online appointment confirmation. Instead of resolving internal communication issue, the employee poured their anger / frustration on the customers.
Outstanding service. Laron (sp?) and his guys handled a problem caused by a different shop. They kept me informed, and even kept the cost down. They did quality work. I'll be coming here from now on.
