Firestone Complete Auto Care, Waco TX

I dropped my car off on Jan. 27 and my tire was going flat all the way till Mon. 30th. Well I walked in to get some understanding on the issue because I spent over $900 on repairs which included two new tires. Joe was helping me so I could get a better understanding to the questions I was asking… when the African American individual came out with some aggression in his voice regard the situation. I’m tryin to explain to him what exactly my concerns were but instead of going to figure out what I was talking about he then proceeded to use profane language towards me basically sayin he didn’t have to do nothing. (really don’t wanna use the language that he used on here.honestly I felt like as a woman my concerns were overlooked and not taken seriously… finally after all of that another gentleman came and fixed the issue. So to sum it up for the issue I was having was that my rim was bent which I brought it to Joe’s attention when I called and showed him while I was there… my concern was why didn’t the technician spray the tire after bending the rim back to make sure that it was seal to prevent air coming out…they said they don’t provide that service which confused me because if I was fixing a rim that was causing air to I would check the tire before placing it back on the vehicle or at least notify customer so at that point it could have been fixed.also it was told to me that one of my sensor on my tires was out which again no one told me so I could have gotten that fixed as well that day.at the end of the day i will no longer be doing business with Firestone again. Also this is not the first time this gentleman has cursed out a female…I’ve talked to other women as well they have said the same thing.

Extremely extremely over priced for repairs, tried to charge me 60 bucks for a lightbulb but I’m giving them 5 stars for the cheap diagnostic test every Firestone offers. That is useful lol

Made an appointment last week for today at 9am. Arrived at 8: 40. Just an oil change and rotate tires. I have used firestone for many years and in many different states and never had any issues except with this one on Lake air drive. Got checked in and told by them that the oil change guy doest start till 1030 so the car would be ready by 1200 or 1230. I asked why an appointment would be available for 9 am and no one there to do the work. I was now told they tried to call me and that maby thier number was blocked by my phone. Than I was told they sent me an e mail to notify me. Also told most people leave thier car and come back. Never got an e mail and yes I checked spam folder.and checked call history, no call. Needless to say I didn't sit there for 3 and a half hours. Went to another place and was done without an appointment in 35 mins. Don't bother making appointments on line for this shop I guess. Lesson learned.

I made an appt 2 weeks prior to service. When I called I explained to the gentleman that I needed a new fuel pump, but I wasn't 100% positive since I'm not a mechanic. When I arrived it was a little after 7 am. I told the guy at the front about a horrible experience I had with the previous mechanic and how he didn't fix the fuel pump either and had the car for four months. All day went by and at 3pm I called them wanting an update or something. They haven't even looked at my car even though I had made an appt 2 week ago and brought my car in at 7 am. Didn't apologize but said my car was next and I'd receive a call but my car wouldn't be finished that day. This was a Saturday they aren't open on Sunday, so I'll be without a car for 2 days instead of one like we discussed. They never called on Saturday. Monday rolls around, 8 still no call so I call them and request to speak to a manager. Nice guy but my car still isn't fixed. He told me what the issues were and I told him to fix what needed to do be done. When I finally got the car back and looked at my receipt. They didn't even fix the fuel pump. It says, suggested i get that replaced. What? Isn't that what I told y'all to do? I don't know where the disconnect was but I'm annoyed that i made an appt but had to wait 2 days for a car that didn't properly get fixed. The check engine light is still on.

Staff was very kind and knowledgeable and took great care of me and my car. And same day service. Will definitely return!

The techs always help me whenever I need them to look at my tire pressure before a trip, after a big temp fluctuation.

Went to get one problem fixed and my vehicle came back to me with a whole new problem that was not there previously.

6 hours to be told they couldn't fix my tire.

Emailed the agency as they instructed, no response in over two months. Disheartening for sure

Had my car serviced there twice so far, haven't had any problems, my car runs great after every appointment

I bought a tire at a different shop two years ago, and it recently started wobbling. They said that it was cupping and wouldn't replace it as part of the warranty, even though tread is substantial. I have driven only 9 months after a steering replacement and alignment, but they claim that the car or suspension is the cause. This is the last Prime Well tire that I will buy.

3rd experience where appointments are not honored and vehicle is not ready at the end of the day for an oil change and tire rotation despite dropping it off at 7: 00 am. Ended up just taking the vehicle at the end of the day without it being serviced.

Bait and switch. I called and was quoted a price and brought my truck. Came to pick it up and they did unauthorized work and the price is 300 dollars more than quoted. I am on a fixed income and this is just down right dirty! Never again.

It was really easy to schedule the appointment, but when I arrived there was nowhere to park. The guy told me to park in ️ which I informed him was illegal then he told me to park in the striped space beside the ️. I ended up just going over to Midas and got my alignment $20 cheaper too.

I will never go back, I took my truck here for rear brakes and an oil change. The guy tells me I need a new battery, its less than a year old. Must have been their push for that week as I heard him tell 2 other customers over the phone the same thing. Manager is very incompetent and they will never get anymore business from me. Also asked for a tire rotation and it has had a vibration ever since. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Even being short-staffed right now they still but their tails to get work done quickly. Prices for the work are good too.

After 3 tries to get my oil change, first by appointment, only to find out only one technician was there and could not promise to get it done within a 2 hour frame, then being promised they could get it done after 3: 30 only to be told it's not possible when I returned at then being promised if I returned on Friday he would give me half off. I told him I would be there at 12: 30. When I returned he said there was a 2 hour wait. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
