I don’t know a lot about cars, and live right by this location, so I’ve been using it. They are always so great to me, explain things throughly, quote me and give me accurate turnaround times. Daniel (I believe is his name) is especially helpful. I really appreciate them.

Not everything was perfect with my first purchase, but the fact that they made it right really sets them apart from other places I’ve gone. Would recommend.

I don’t know how they only have 3.9 stars, they are amazing and everyone of the workers are really nice and helpful and respectful to the customers and the cars. I will always come back.

I came to this shop to ask them to look at a tire on my wife's '19 Honda CR-V with 16K miles. I met Jason of Firestone, and he wanted to look at the tire in question. The Honda dealer had recommended replacement due to their inspection, and my experience with lower (-3 psi) pressure vs.the rest of the tires. Upon looking at the tire, Jason showed me a metal object had pierced the edge of the tire (considered the sidewall). He then retrieved some tools, and extracted the metal object. It was the tip end of a screw ~5/16" long. He leak checked the hole made by the metal object with a soapy solution and determined no air release (e.g. Bubble) was observed. He and I discussed our need for use of the vehicle, and agreed to run it around town for the next week, and observe the pressure change over that time. I liked Jason's "old school" approach of thoroughly looking at the real problem, and deciding together on the solution or a course of action vs.just replacement.

I come to this firestone to get my oilchange because they will try to get you in and out as soon as possible. They are friendly and the guy that is there is very helpful so thank yall.

Only fix what needs fixed and at a fair price. Only downside is they’re quite popular so often need to book a few days in advance

Outstanding customer service! Unbeatable price all said and out the door under a hundred dollars. AND this was on a Sunday 45 minutes to close. Clean quiet and done fast. Thank you!

I don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. (No they didn’t ask me to) A different location had their inventory messed up and had to cancel on me last minute for a new tire. I called up Jason and he was really helpful. Took me in right away and got it done in 2 hrs. He was straightforward, and helpful. Definitely someone I want to do business with in the future.

This was definitely the quickest and most pleasant experience I've had to get a tire replaced. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to each and every customer that came in and seemed to have a great relationship with the people that were already here waiting. Every other customer I overheard leaving also complimented their services here. Daniel was the gentleman that assisted me and everyone else that was there during my visit, so I hope Firestone recognizes and appreciates his work! As well as the rest of the team that was working very hard. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean waiting area.not enough parking in the front.

All repairs have been reasonably priced and completed on time. They don't upsell.

Wanted to buy new tires; they didn't have them in stock and had to order them. Great place and it's always busy, too. So make an appointment.

Extremely friendly and competent staff. Walked in Sunday morning with a suspected puncture in my tire and I was out with a fully repaired tire in around 30 minutes. Both the woman at the desk and service tech were communicative and experienced within their roles. Would definitely recommend!

Catherine was amazing! She gave exceptional customer service and my time at Firestone was pleasant and seamless. Catherine was very informed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of checking my vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and I left a happy customer. I will go back and I would recommend this place if you are looking for great customer service and a smooth experience:)

We were passing through Austin, on our way from South Texas to Arkansas, and had a strange sound on the driver’s side of our Ford F150. We weren’t sure if we should keep driving with the noise or not. Jason worked us in quickly. It was nothing serious and we were able to keep driving with a lot more peace of mind.thank you guys so much! I’ll be taking all my business to Firestone at home because you guys gave us such great service.

*update* 2/8/22 I finally got an appointment for an oil change and brake job.been here since 12 noon and its now 6pm. They say whoever they get parts from has delivered the wrong parts twice so now they're coming backing! I don’t get the whole making an appointment thing on the app. It has open time slots to make the appointment but then they call you and tell you they’re booked two or three days out! If stores and corporate and whoever runs the mobile app can’t figure it out then just scrap it completely until you do. It’s pointless. You would think they’d at least prioritize regular card holding customers who have spent quite a bit of money there. Thinking about canceling my credit card for this very reason.
