These guys rock and Carlos is Rock star manager. I take all my rides to these guys and they are honest. I had multi thousand dollar wheels they honestly told me they didn’t feel comfortable doing and suggested a different store. So happy for that

Be sure to read the updates below.

Be very careful going here! I had front end aligned and "certified mechanic " did not tighten, completely loose, tie rod end locking nuts.
This is a critical part of steering and could lead to accident!

Just checked the upper control arm caster adjustments and those weren't even close to tight and far from the torque value. Also 1 of those 4 wasn't tightened at all.

Changed my mind. I said be very careful going there. Instead absolutely avoid this Firestone!

Update 9/7/2023. I did as requested and sent email on 9/1/2023. I have received nothing in return. A lot of good this did sending email as I was instructed.

I am more knowledgeable than the average vehicle owner by far and very experienced in the mechanical service industry and I give everyone another warning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Update 9/10 Still no reply!

Update 9/15 Sent second email 5 days ago still no answer on first email or second.
I was fed nothing but bull.
If you go here or use Firestone at I feel really sorry for you. They don't care about anything but $$$$$ greed. I was screwed so help yourselves and run.

I brought my car in to address a persistent noise issue, and the mechanic diagnosed it as a belt problem. Following their recommendation, I had the belt replaced, which incurred a cost of $218. However, even after this repair, the noise persisted. When I returned to the shop and explained the situation, they couldn't hear the sound and consequently declined to provide a refund. My confusion arose from the fact that they had initially identified the belt as the issue, stating they heard a sound from it, which prompted the replacement. Hence, I believed that resolving the belt issue would solve the noise problem. Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved. When i took to another place they said it’s the issue with ac filter. The people in Firestone didn’t even check just assumed it was the belt and changed it wasted my money and didn’t even give a refund after finding out that was not the issue

Got a flat tire and stopped by just after they closed, but they came out and changed my tire anyway. Great people!

After spending most of the visit calling costumer service myself to try to figure out how to use mileage warranty for one of my tires since I bought them with Firestone Direct, the guys in store handled the rest. The visit and service was not without hiccups, but everything was handled in a quick manner. My husband has been here several times and is always getting quick service with appointment.

Went in for new alternator, walked out same day. Drove 10 miles down the road and the belt driven my alternator began to fray and was about to pop off. I was stranded on the side on the road in 106 degree heat. Called Firestone and they sent a tow truck out. Upon investigation, the pulley was bent. This is something the technician, Juan, would have been able to see if he had just looked the part over. I was told he has to leave strictly by 5 everyday so he was crunched on time. That is a terrible excuse and this situation was 100% preventable if the technician had done his job. I paid $900 for something that broke within 10 miles of having it back. It was confirmed it was a technician error putting a broken part on my car. Being stranded in the summer heat was horrible. Again this was 100% preventable if the service tech Juan had looked the part over and not been in a rush to leave. If you wouldn’t do it to your mom or wife, you shouldn’t do it to another female. My safety is important too.

Exemplary service. Courteous helpful and professional. They did an awesome job on my truck ac. They also worked to save money. Most appreciated.

Incompetent techs. Quite the amateurs. Had one of them put a new tire on my spare, left the one with a nail in the trunk. Swapped it again, now my tire sensor is malfunctioning. Same sensors that was working a minute ago. Now asked to paid $120 for a new sensor. Just spend over $800 for new tires. Spoke to the manager, said nothing they can do. It's coincidental.

Just don't make sense!

I want to say thank you to Mr. Carlos Reyes for getting me in this morning last minute and working within my time frame to get me out and on the road. Also, thank you to your team for taking care of my vehicle and providing me with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back time and time again for the needs of my vehicles.

6/22/23 had a 7am appointment, got here at 6: 55 and waited for them to unlock the doors. I went in got checked in by 7: 01. There’s not a single car here expect mine and it took them 35 minutes to pull it into the shop. I don’t think I’m the only person in the world but when a customer has a 7 am appointment and gets there at 6: 55 there’s no reason that vehicle shouldn’t be pulled in by 7: 10 latest. I guess they think since I’m a kid that stuff flies but I work in a shop myself and we have much better/higher expectations than that. Bad job Firestone (side note if you want to pull your vehicle in the bay they won’t let you for some petty reason, idk maybe he just told me no because he could)

Misdiagnosed the problem, spent over $1500 in repairs, and then did not show any signs of remorse or try to fix the issue. Should be ashamed, but they don't care.

I called ahead and made an appointment for 5: 30 PM on a Friday. After waiting for an hour, I asked how much longer. I was told my truck was next in line. I asked how that was possible since I made an appointment and was told on the phone the entire process would take one to one and a half hours long. It’s 7 PM and my truck is still not being serviced. I was told 3 other people had alignment appointments for earlier in the afternoon causing me to have such a long wait. This is poor service, poor scheduling, and unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Bought a full set of revo 3 and then they tell me it needs new tired 10k miles later? Clearly still as bad as 2 years ago when I left this location
