Firestone Complete Auto Care, Houston TX

I wish I could give a negative review for this place! The associates are extremely rude and condescending. He asked me to pay 20 dollars for protection of a tire that I already paid for when I bought it a month ago. Also when i asked why should I pay for a faulty tire, he asked me if I am expert in tire. They are not even close to what they boast to be. Just find a better place!

I had an appointment and I was not told wait time and only 2 technicians at check in. I was told after I waited 1.5 hour and my car was not yet pulled in. I was told to come back at 7am next morning. I came at 7am on dot to find doors not open, garage not open. The same lady who checked me in day before came pulling up after 7: 05 and got out her car with her Chikfila bag and didn't even say Good morning. She told me to wait outside while she open up, and this is on a morning where it is cold outside. She had an attitude the whole time. What happened to Customer Service? I have been coming to this location since I moved to Houston, and have been very merciful in all their inconvenience. It only take one moment like this to push a customer away. I think Angela is her name. Well she just caused you all to lose another customer. I will definitely NEVER come back to this location again.

Worst place I’ve ever been too, so unprofessional and prices are too high, they probably wanted to pocket extra cash. Terrible place.

Went to this location almost two month ago and after leaving I notice they didn’t top off my windshield wiper fluid Because it was empty when I tried using it a couple days later. So I was a bit puzzled and called them to tell them about it even though it wasn’t that big of a deal. After driving for some time (keep in my mind I drive my personal car for work, driving over 200 miles a day) I noticed on the sticker I had gone over the miles. Normally my car gives notification that my oil change is needed. It didn’t because not only did they not reset it they also forgot to do everything else that comes with a standard oil change. Thank God I though about because not only was my car being neglected when taking it to nissian as I should have in the beginning they-said they didn’t change my filter. I’m angry but glad I caught it. Today I paid off my fire stone card and canceled it. I will never pull my car back on any Firestone lot again. I was warned but nope, I wanted to try them anyways.

Staff is rude did not try to help me instead turned away my business and hung up in my face save your time and go to the hwy 6 location!

Poor customer service asked to be informed of things taking place with my car, was not Informed. Went to the shop multiple times to fix car still waiting.

They're solid. They do good work every time, if a little overpriced; otherwise they're a decent selection for auto needs

They charged me almost $1500 for new brakes, discs, a rear strut, and wheel alignment. Then I get home and realized the tech who drove my car curbed my wheels! So no I have to go to a wheel repair shop to get my rims fixed which will be another expense. I’ve had a horrible experience with this establishment and will NEVER return!

They take care of you and let you know everything up front. I have had both of my cars serviced.

Came to get an alignment done, and at the door I was greeted by Matt the manager who helped me out today. I don't know much about cars, but luckily he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The visit was quick and easy, and I will definitely be back for future services!

I experienced a dead battery while my husband was out of town recently and Firestone took excellent care of me! Matt is awesome. I am not the most mechanical person but he was friendly and patient, answering my questions with a smile on his face. Thank you Matt & Firestone!)

Do not go there. They always have a very long wait. Their attention/ customer service needs to improve. Worse of the ones in Houston after the one in memorial city mall.

I went their for an inspection and they failed me because of a belt which has nothing to do with the inspection. Save your money and go to precision down the street. The energy is better and they do what you ask and care about your car versus the greed of money.

Cheat on service, charged three sets of brake pads on a two axles vehicle.charge all new rotors and just use my existing rotors resurface. Not recommend any people to bring their car there.

Unskilled overpaid lube techs. Brought vehicle in for a shaking problem. Got told first its the brake calipers. Then oh no its the abs module. Now its oh wait its the driveshaft and hub bearings. Nothing but of useless idiots work here. Do not bring your car to them!

All I went for was to get some air in my tires. The tech asked if I was constantly having to add air. I said yes, he said the tires look like they are in good condition but they aren't. The tires are too old. The air is escaping from cracks. Tires are from 2011. Wow! I had no clue. Other places would just add air. Will be coming back to this place.

Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helped me find the issue that my vehicle had, I am so thankful for their professionalism.
